Holiday Court Villas And Suites, Fort Myers Beach FL

We have stayed at the Holiday Court Villas And Suites many times, and have never been disappointed with the location, pool, nearby amenities, and beach access! We love seeing the manatee come close to the dock in the harbor, located behind the property!

The best location! The place was clean and in a perfect spot. Uber from the airport and you will never need a car for your stay. Many, many restaurants within two blocks. The beach is right across the street.easily able to walk back for lunch. We stayed in one of the two bedroom cottages. It was not up to date, but for the location, it was a win for us!
There were beach towels for each of us at the cottage to use. There was coffee, cream and sugar with the coffee maker. The owner has some beach chairs available.not guaranteed, but there are some there.

Don't be surprised by the outer appearance, the rooms are nice, clean and comfortable. You're right across the street from the beach and the pool is nice as well. Definitely recommend.

We usually go in May and stay 4-5 nights. Didn't go last year. Thank you covid! Owners are great people and very sociable. Clean rooms. Pool is nice and clean. Close to everything! Love the kitchenette in room! We also use the grill to cook out on! Beach chairs and towels to use! Housekeeping is on point! We love going here and will continue staying there! I had a friend come visit from Fort Myers. Steve was fine with it as long as you let him know. The owners are always kind and courteous to us! Will definitely stay here all the time!

I did not stay here but my fiance's daughter and her son did when they visited from Ohio. We live in Cape Coral and drove over for the afternoon to spend the day with them, mostly at the beach. This is the first time we've seen them in a year. Upon arrival, we walked back to the pool area where they were waiting for us. Within minutes, the manager was standing at the fence. He very rudely informed us that no visitors were allowed on the property unless we were paying for a room. It wasn't just what he said but how he said it. Very belittling. We live locally and will steer clear of this motel for sure.

Very cozy clean bright and colorful units. Our unit had a king size bed that was so comfortable. Really enjoyed our stay here. Would come back here again. The owner was very friendly and kind. We asked for a late check out and he was very gracious. Can't wait to go back

Saw and read reviews, selected this place (was booked and had 1 rm left), saw some pictures. When I arrived, the manager/owner got my luggage and showed me my room and I was blown away, WOW, I was very impressed of this place. I travel for 25 yrs, been in alot of hotels, resorts suites etc. I am old school and this little cottage brought back alot of memories when i was little. Area was quiet, clean, they had beach towels to use, coffee, hot water, TV (cable) very cool a/c. OMG like cross the street to the beach, park, places to eat, im just blown away. There is 4 places that are open at 7 am near the beach to have breakfast. I will bring the family and will vacation a wknd here at this hotel. It not for everyone if your looking for high suite hotel. This is an old school cottage, just a relaxation, place.

What an awesome place to stay! The owners are great, nice room, right across the street from the beach. We will definitely be staying here again!

This was a fantastic find for us. Lovely spacious, clean apartment, free kayaks, WiFi and even laundry, with great scenery overlooking the water at the back. Love it, we will be back!

Great place, clean spacious rooms. Beds were comfy, sheets were soft and kitchen had everthing to cook and serve a meal on. Our suite looked over the inlet and we could watch the fish jumping. Shops/ restrurants 2 minute walk beach and beach house across the street. Close to everything! Great place. Would stay here again.

The best loaction to all the action. Across the street from the beach. Location, location, location!

Have been going here for four or five years. More than half the people here are returnees. The units are clean updated. The owners are on the premises everyone is friendly. The Gulf is across the street. Many resturants and shopping walkable.

This is a clean, festively decorated inn with a full kitchen, a great location (walk across the street to the beach and Times Square, Ft. Myers Beach), and run by a wonderful family. Highly recommended!

An older motel with a perfect, quiet location at Times Square and the on site owners treat their customers first class. This is our 21st January here and we will be coming back as long as we are able. Every visit is like a family reunion for many of us that return annually.

Super clean, easy access directly across from the beach.very clean pool and nice area to grill. Free use of kayaks! Friendly owner!

The holiday court villas is a great place to stay the villa we were in was clean and the girl cleaning the rooms was really nice.the owners were very friendly we will definitely stay there again and recommend it to our friends Jack & Jan

It is a cute motel and the rooms are huge more like a studio.it was in walking distance from the beach and stores.the owner let my family come swim in the pool.and another plus is the kitchen it came with everything right down to the sugar for the coffee.theonly bad thing is the owner is constantly watching you.you feel funny but other than that it was great

Stayed in a one bedroom cottage- relaxed and quiet, very clean, and couldn't have been closer to Time Square and all the other attraction.
