Holiday Hotel & Resort

It's very, very old and ran down and in major desperate need of a remodeling!
I'd already read the reviews and was still shocked to see my room!
The room was very clean but again, the place is old and worn out and very ugly and dirty looking, furniture, paint, walls, lights.everything 30 years old. BUT. CLEAN & FRESH!
I DID NOT SEE ANY ROACHES.which was my biggest fear!
The bedding blankets and sheets & pillows look old but were fresh and clean and very, very comfortable. I slept like a baby.
The A/C froze me out!
There was no shower curtain and the shower head fell off when I turned on the 30 year old shower.
I simply stucked it back on and it worked. The tub was old and dirty and stained.no way in hell would I bathe in it!
BUT! The water was nice and boiling hot and It felt amazing after a long day!
Overall.it's a major dump but I got exactly what I needed.and that was a good night's rest in a comfortable bed at a very affordable price!

Check-in was easy, the lady up front was very nice. I just want to thank Tammy for her help and such friendly and welcoming service.

TERRIBLE place to stay. The pillows had mold and blood stains. When we talked to the manager she said “What do you want me to do about it? What do you expect us to do? ”
We also left a charger and they “didn’t find it”…even though it was left in that exact room and we asked for it back.

My friend currently lives there cuz she's in between houses and they're very clean and they're good people they understand people they're not letting that place go to craps either they're actually doing something to keep it very nice and I'm very grateful for that no drug addicts and no drug dealers straight up this place is safe and it's great for kids and you can have a dog but you have to pay $10 and clean up your mess so that people that want to stay there in between houses can definitely stay there in style I want to give my commending adoration to the women up front they are absolutely unbelievably nice and understanding and this place is pretty amazing

Supervisor of house keeping barged in our room claiming she needed to prove a point. She slung around our towels taking pictures. Spoke to the manager and she told us she will speak to that supervisor regarding the situation but her demeanor was this isn’t the first time this has happened. No towels or toilet paper when we checked in absolutely worst motel I ever been to and they claim to be a resort

I and my other half Brandi love it here and the maintenance is wonderful and better than it used to be and cleaned up alot and we like it at this one better than others

I never have this experience before. It’s 3 o’clock in the morning. We just left the room because it’s full up with roaches. I never see something like that before last time promise.
I don’t think it’s health for nobody. I don’t know why they still have permission for work with this health condition
Nothing will change until they burn everything
They want deposit for what roaches? Bad experience in my life, never come back.

Holiday hotel was the worst experience I've ever had. To start with when I arrived I was was unloading my stuff and I had staff swarming around me like I was doing something wrong bring ing my stuff in my room. With in 5 min of being there I'm being harassed about haveing someone with me. I did book for two. Then it says you can have a service animal. But then after I paid they told me the animal had to go or the where going to have me removed even though I had papers for her. After that I said I'm just going to leave but I would like a refund they said no cause I walked into the room but said I would. Hey deposit back when they checked the room. I never even sat on the bed everything was untouched. I asked the next day about my deposit and they said I forfotted it because I had visitor come and get my dog. The staff "Tina" was nasty and very rude I will never return. Think twice if you are looking at going here

All the employees were fine. It's just a bunch of people drinking and smoking meth out in the Open. I've never seen that before a hotel.

Horrible stay. BED BUGS WERE FOUND IN OUR ROOM. DO NOT STAY HERE. YOU WILL GET BED BUGS.

After, I informed the front desk about the bed bugs and asked for a refund I was rudely hung up on.

I REPEAT DO NOT STAY HERE UNLESS YOU LIKE RUDE SERVICE AND BED BUGS

Absolute disgusting rooms. Sheets are stained. Blanket has food stuck to it as if it wasn’t even washed. Pillow had blood stains. Holes in the walls horrible paint job. And to top it off we found what looks like bed bugs on the mattress. We were told it was “German cockroach” but it looks just like a bed bug. We were given a new room that was said to be much nice. But it immediately showed more signs of the all the same as before.
At least the lady at the counter was nice.

Prepare yourself is all I want to say.

Prepare to be in a dirty filthy room
Prepare to see people shooting up drugs
Prepare yourself for possible being stopped by police leaving the property
Prepare for your car to be broken into
Prepare to pay high price for a nasty room
Prepare to see roaches and bed bugs
Prepare for a hospital visit after contracting some nasty virus from this poorly maintained and barely cleaned rooms they have.
I would like to speak to who is in charge

Never again!
Stayed there last night and will never forget the terrible experience.
I’ve stayed at humble places before that were budged friendly but at least clean.
The towels had stains, and smelled bad.
Bedsheets had some stains, looking like mould. Pillow covers were all yellowed and blanket had several stains too. Bathroom curtain had more grease than truck wheel. And last but not least, cockroaches. I had to sleep dressed up from head to feet. Never again!
I would like my money back.

This hotel has done a total flip. Service was great. Grounds were clean and nice staff. Pool area all redone. I give them an A for effort.

I have stayed there a few times. Wonder woman was clean. The next time not so. Saw several roaches in the room. Sayings on the floor. Bathrooms are so so. I just feel for the money they're charging it should be a little

Daughter booked herself a room by the pictures which are 100% deceiving. Room was trash had roaches the floor was falling apart the furniture was falling apart was a frozen roach even in the freezer. She wanted towels she was told that you have to call a day in advance if you want them cleaning lady says well I'll get you some but they're not going to be white like these. WTH is that supposed to mean? ! DO NOT GO HERE
