Holiday Inn Club vacations at Orange Lake Resort, Kissimmee FL

Not an owner here but stayed with family and our unit was very nice. The resort is also very nice, no complaints.

2nd year staying at this property. Tons of on property activities for kids. Amazing floor plans.

Whatever you do, do not buy a timeshare from holiday inn club vacations. If you can somehow stay at a property as you would a hotel, go for it, the properties are decent. The terms of the timeshares are insane, predatory and not worth it. If you are asked to attend a timeshare presentation in exchange for a few nights stay, record the whole thing and leave after the after the stated amount of time. The salespeople are relentless, and will not make it easy to leave.

It’s raining and we are hungry.
There is no shelter to the shuttle bus stop.
There is no shelter at the bus stop.
There is no umbrella in the room.
There is no room service.
Front desk said there is no transport and nothing they can do to solve for the dinner problem.
Holiday Inn, seriously. YOU CAN DO SO MUCH BETTER THAN THIS. This is so simple to solve but you have chosen not to.

Subject: Termination letter and request to refund all the money that I gave you ASAP (Urgent Matter – Resolution Requested)

I am writing to express my profound disappointment and disinterest in the performance of the complex that purportedly offers welfare services. The tactics employed seem deceptive, and I am appalled at the thought of attempting to deceive people in such a manner. Currently, I am actively seeking others who may have fallen victim to similar schemes to collectively campaign against what appears to be a legal fraud.

Our lack of fluency in English was taken advantage of, leading us to sign documents that were not comprehensible. This lack of transparency and humanity is deeply troubling. Unless the funds taken from us, without the provision of any service, are promptly returned, legal action will be pursued.

Numerous attempts to reach out via email and phone have been met with silence, further indicating fraudulent practices. The exorbitant costs associated with the hotels offered, coupled with unreasonable booking conditions, raise serious concerns. I have engaged with local journalists in Orlando and will be arriving with extensive documentation to expose this scandal.

I implore you to rectify this situation by returning the funds within one working week from the receipt of this letter. Failure to do so will result in escalated actions to seek justice for this unjustifiable exploitation.

Don't fall for their timeshare tour. We thought highly of IHG (Holiday Inn) owners and been a customer for years until now. After taking the pathetic tour of pushy sales staff we are currently looking at choosing another hotel to stay with. The resort is nice and we were interested in purchasing until we started seeing the pathetic overkill from the sales staff. Total turn off and really shocked that holiday inn would allow such behavior. Guess this goes to show what they have resorted too. We were totally shocked that even after we declined the sales person even turned on the water works, talk about desperate sales. If you must go on the tour, we recommend video recording the entire thing. It will come in handy.

It’s beautiful, wife loved it, toddler, kid and teen. Would come back again. One bad thing happened. All female personnel in kids play area (zip line, water slide) were great. However, when my daughter went to air jump area, she had to wait despite second jumper being available. After 11 minutes of previous child jumping, the girl said she was done and my daughter was next. When my daughter began jumping, another girl came and the guy immediately set her up on second jumper. After only 7 minutes of my daughter jumping, the attendant tells my girl “one more minute”. My daughter told me she was done so I did not to talk to him about why my daughter was getting less time. Bottom line: I think my child was treated differently because she wasn’t white.

Room is nice but can deffenetly see cover up painting over rust. But nice overall.some of the children working are not good with customer service. Vary convenient location. Would not buy the timeshare.

Live this place my family have been coming here on holiday for about 13 years, it is wonderful to have a large apartment style accommodation plus the security of hotel accommodation, multiple pools plenty of sunbeds all in a safe secure clean environment.

We've been owners for about 3 years now. Love the location and the amenities. As with any Orlando location, be aware of peak season craziness. If you can take time off during the school year it's a lot less packed and you get better use of all the amenities. Last week of July/first week of August amd the pools are over crowded and the lazy river is anything but lazy. Typical for summer time. Rooms are very clean and staff is helpful!

Great place to vacation. Always refreshing when we vacation here. The upkeep justifies the maintenance fees. The flowers are beautiful. The room are clean. So much to do here. You don't hVe to leave the resort.

We have stayed there before and enjoyed the pools and it is nice to be able to eat right at the resort rather than running around trying to find a place to eat. Kids loved it and it was worth the money we spent.

Every one was very friendly and helpful. The resort is near Disney parks and Universal Studios. The pools are great. Paisan Pizza here is great. Only issue was the tub not draining.

Rooms are amazing, had issue checking in but dont try to call anything on this property, here now cant get ahold of anyone for food information nothing, every place just rings rings rinhs its ridiclous

Beautiful resort! So many pools, restaurants, golf, playgrounds, lazy river.
The rooms are incredibly gorgeous. Everything is clean and well stocked.
Highly recommended for all travelers but especially families with children. Theres plenty to keep them busy. Plus daily activities the whole family will enjoy.

Bed Bugs Alert!
Avoid this place at all costs. We spent two nights at this resort, only to wake up with bites all over my arms and back after the first night. I promptly reported the issue to the manager, but instead of acknowledging the problem and offering an apology, they cast doubt on my statement. They even had the audacity to claim that a third-party pest control agency had inspected the room and found nothing. The irony is that the inspection took place long after I lodged my complaint, and to top it off, it was conducted on a Sunday! This entire experience has left me incredibly disappointed, and I vow to never return to this substandard establishment.

This is not a good resort for an adults only vacation. At the Rivers Edge pool complex there is signage that kids must be supervised in the Hammocks or they can be removed. In 3+ hours this afternoon I was hit with a ball, had some kids playing hide and seek underneath the table I was eating at, and trying to flip each other off the hammocks. No adults in sight and no security enforcing the rules. I specifically sat in this area to be more removed from children and it's about as far as you can get from the pools.

They don't tell you that you need a car to really enjoy this property. They advertise a shuttle service but it comes maximum every 30 minutes. There's no posted schedule so I found myself frequently waiting 15-25 minutes for the shuttle each time, which really cut into my days.

3 br unit great. Jerk fishing golf balls on the green was unpleasant. Especially at 118.00 per round per person.
