Holiday Inn Express Jacksonville East, an IHG Hotel

This Holiday Inn is old. Needs a makeover. The room walls are paper thin, you can hear the TV or anyone from the other room. Doors are extremely heavy and when people open/close the door, your walls will shake.

Nice place, clean, good breakfast, we stayed there 3 nights. Shout out to Darren for some late nite plastic utensils, and a painless checkin.

All the staff was great housekeepers not very talkative but was very respectful I believe his name was Darrell on front desk was very respectful and nice I'm am and ihg employee my self in Hopkinsville kentucky yall service was wonderful

Just leaving hotel this morning, had a great stay last night, expansive breakfast bar. Will stay again.

I picked this hotel since we were going to a football game. Good freeway access to get to the game. A lot of food choices nearby.

The room itself was clean and bed was comfortable. Staff was also friendly.

Only reason I gave the room 3 stars and overall 4 stars, is because the bathroom smelt like marijuana. I left the staff know this the next morning.

It wasn't a big deal for me as it was only a one night stay. But didn't want to get charged for a pot head stinking up the bathroom.

Great place and great customer service. Darren was extremely helpful and looked out for me! Very nice and polite guy, five star service from him, really recommend if you are in Jacksonville!

Nice place other than the ice machine was out on my floor.but was a good room and service.

Great staff, very welcoming and hospitable. Very nice rooms but window blinds not working and musty, damp feeling.but A/C cleared up the mustiness. Excellent beds and pillows! And wonderful breakfast except when pancake machine got stuck and set off fire alarm.memorable visit with family. Thank you!

Upon check-in, Darren at the front desk was very welcoming and charming! Truly exceptional service once we arrived and helpful! That kind of service goes a long way, and rest assured we would come back!

Breakfast was a task for the staff, food was not readily available for the amount of people who were there.

My sister’s family stayed here and everyone here was very nice. The pool is a very nice outdoor pool to chill out in. The hotel was able to accommodate a family with teenager children by having a room with a fold out coach. There is a spacious clean and monitored parking lot that is in front of the hotel.

Das Personal beim Check In war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Dafür, dass es ein Holiday Inn Express ist, fanden wir die Zimmer, das Frühstück usw.durchaus angemessen.

The hotel overall is very nice so is the room. The hotel is only located 3 minutes from family so its very convenient.

Breakfast is supposed to be at 6: 30 And it happens whenever the staff feels like it Probably one of the worst hotels I've ever been at
