Holiday Inn Express Naples South - I-75, an IHG Hotel

We thoroughly emjoyed our visit to this hotel. The room was clean & comfortable and the staff were a pleasure to deal with. Amanda went out of her way to answer our questions and make very good recommendations to us regarding where we could eat and find a beach. She had a lovely manner and generously shared all the information we needed. I would return here.

One night business trip stay. I would give 5 stars, but my room was a little warm couldn’t get it cooler. However, the room was Clean, comfy beds, friendly staff, great location for my one night visit. Breakfast bar was the norm. Will book again.

I wanted to like it based on reviews and price but the hotel feels muggy, check-in staff clearly doesn’t want to be working, and to top it off, while eating our dinner a few minutes after checking in, we see a large cockroach run across the kitchenette area. Forced it out of the room but now just sitting in the room uncomfortable/paranoid and it’s too late to try to find a hotel elsewhere. There's also food crumbs on the floor by the bed. Not as comfortable of a stay.

Morning shift was awful and rude. I've been working in hotels for a long time (FD and Management position in differents hotels companies, Including IHG), and this is the worst experience ever, ive never worte a bad review for a hotel. I know Opera, I know the system, I know how hotels works.
Front desk you can't tell a guest you don't have a room clean because hsk always came late at 10am. I can perfectly understand if you were full house and you need a time frame to get your rooms clean, but don't be rude abt it and don't talk like that about your hsk team. PM shift was better and kind. The room was clean so hsk did a great job even if they started working at 10am (fd words, not mine), and I'm used to inspect rooms

Also I only use my IHG card for paying in hotels, in the last 4 month I only use it for that hotel and today I found a doordash payment (so my cc was stolen). That's super weird. Please take your business to the Staybridge in Naples, it's 100% better experience.

Nice hotel, comfortable and clean. The outdoor pool was so relaxing in the evening. I've stayed here twice and never had a problem. Enjoy!

The second floor hallway smelled so bad of mold, moldy carpet, just real bad.the 100% smoke free property signs are stupid bc everyone smokes outside of the door to the lobby.

Compared to the holiday inn off of I75 in venice, it leaves alot to be desired. Staff is friendly enough but you can tell its just a paycheck for them and management has failed to build a team. Avg hotel is best I can describe it. Only 2 hot breakfast choices daily.

Service was terrible, stayed at others and u can't compare the two one in Venice is amazing two bottle water when check in, I asked said I was not high enough in rewards, didn't get clean towels when asked for room due to they don't clean room daily, breakfast food was not good the quality at others way better, will not return to this one staff was rude very disappointed

I stayed there for 4 nights and I had no issues. Friendly staff, clean hotel, lots of parking, good breakfast and housekeeping did a great job meeting all of our requests. Thank you Holiday inn express! I will definitely stay there again!

The room and bath was immaculate. Place looked brand new. The breakfast was wonderful. The bed, pillows and comforter was the best I've ever had. Good location. The room rate was very reasonable, except the night clerk put $250.00 EXTRA on our card without our knowledge because she said my PTSD didn't qualify for me to have a service dog in our room! Can you believe that? We would have left if we had known she was going to do that! Otherwise we would have given 5 stars. (I sent a copy of the laws regarding service dogs to the manager)

Very clean overall, staff was so awesome. We got there and we were welcomed to the place first. Gave us the keys and told us to enjoy, but it was not like any other place (with a I have to attend these customers attitude) that you feel is they obligated to say those things and they sound like a robot, no. They were super nice, we had a little chat, I received my rewards and I felt like I was part of the team. Breakfast was fresh, the pool and the outside are nice to hang out. Second or third time here and always a great experience.

The hotel was so nice and the staff were polite and helpful. Amanda was very assistant on helping book the room. I was there for only 2 days, but I had a good stay. The rooms were nice and I stayed up on the 3rd floor. The ac cooler thing by the window was a bit loud but it wasn't bad. I enjoyed the pool area and overall it was a nice little getaway. They serve free breakfast in the morning too I recommend going here if you're looking for a nice hotel to stay at. I hope to come back soon for another trip. I took a solo stay by the way and I enjoyed myself for sure

Another nice HI Express. Appears to be recently renovated so it’s nice, but remnants of the previous version are noticeable. Staff is very friendly and welcoming. The breakfast area is nice and they serve the typical HI Express breakfast. Would’ve rated higher if the renovation had been much better, but although the shell of the hotel is new, the inside still needs a little more work.

There is a sign up on checkin window to say that anybody that lives within a 50 mile radius will have to pay $250 security deposit. I believe this is to prevent people in the neighborhood from having parties in their rooms at the hotel. So this can tell you what is the neighborhood is like and what the clientele is like.

This place was just okay and please reference my photos. I killed 4 spiders upon entering the room and saw several cobwebs. The couch looked rough. The shower looked like it had mold and the top was falling apart. There were pen marks and smudges all over the walls. The carpet was STICKY and we always wore shoes. I was looking under the bed when we were leaving and noticed all these brown stains on the mattress cover (under our fitted sheet) which grossed me out we had been sleeping on that. We stayed and it was comfortable enough but just not what we expected for the price. The staff seemed nice and the breakfast was pretty good so that's what the 2 stars are for though I wouldn't recommend it.

Standard IHG fare here. Decent room, next door to a Cracker Barrel restaurant. Close to shopping and Alligator Alley. Would stay again if in the area.

I came into town expecting to stay at another hotel but I gave it try and glad I did. Rooms were spacious clean and quiet. The shower curtain how ever was to short and water was all over the floor other than that everything else was cool.

The staff was nice, besides the 2 men who worked morning shift. They would roll their eyes at you, or huff and puff if you asked for a simple request like more towels. Made our stay very uncomfortable. The breakfast was decent. Bed was comfy, so that's a plus.
