Fritz at the front desk made me feel very welcomed and at home. Check in was a breeze, he informed me where everything was located throughout the hotel and he also gave me a list of near by restaurants/stores that were both in walking & driving distance. The hotel itself was very quiet, nice and clean from the front door up to the rooms. They also offered breakfast in the morning from 0630-0930hrs which included omelets, sausage links and patties, oatmeal, variety of Danishes, coffee, juice etc. I just wished I had more time to enjoy the pool but due to rain, a cold front and an already planned itinerary, I couldn't make it to the pool. Besides that, the location was awesome, it was located near the highway and across from a shopping plaza and fast food restaurants. This will be my new place to stay whenever I'm visiting Ft. Lauderdale.

Clean rooms, excellent breakfast, friendly staff, pool was great but could have been just a little warmer-overall excellent experience. Good location

Our personal belongings were stolen on the territory of the parking lot, in the morning we discovered a loss worth $ 1500 dollars, the hotel staff were not very friendly and said that this was our problem.we do not recommend this hotel. We won't stop here in the future.

The Hotel was as Expected
The Airport shuttle was on time
Go to the German Restaurant down the street for an Amazing Meal

A great mix of people and experience, staff are all easy to talk to and willing to help, breakfast in the morning, an awesome start, I'm a local that loves relaxing here with me wife stop by and see for yourself, thanks Richard.

If you want the room come early, came here with my family, they had gave my room to someone else with out notice, so I came here and was here for at least 45 mins, they gave me another hotel, got a driver, then the driver didn’t even know where he was going, going on curbs, speeding and hitting every pothole, then had the audacity to leave us in the middle of the street, and said he is busy and couldn’t go in so we had to get off, and then we have been waiting for 45 mins because they don’t want to use the same card

I just got there only to find out my reservation was canceled before I even got there. The receptionist said the manager canceled at 6pm because the card on booking couldn't go through. They didn't have any other room I had to find another place to stay.

My husband is 81. I am 76. He booked this hotel for our holiday. I knew nothing about the reservation. He is VERY forgetful. BUT my grandson here in Toronto got sick with Covid. I cancelled our flight and had no idea about the reservation until I received my visa bill. I called and begged them to at least split the cost with me. We are seniors with a fixed income. They did not listen or care! Holiday Inn did NOTHING! How sad.

Someone was given a key to my room & used it to enter at 2 am on the night of my stay. Thankfully the top lock was used and they were unable to get in, though they tried a few times. The front desk then called my room twice telling me I had to go downstairs. I was uncomfortable doing this as a young girl after coming from the airport where they repeat human trafficking is a concern in the area. Hotel management refused to do anything about the situation. Would NOT recommend to anyone, I did not feel safe at all here.

Nice place, I wish they had vegetarian hot breakfast, but took one star because my room wasn't cleaned when returned in the evening despite asking front desk before I left for my meeting in the morning.

Location is great. Many food places nearby and about 5 minutes or so from the beach. Not too far from the highway either. I stayed in room 403 and it was spotless. The hotel itself was also super clean. Staff is friendly and helpful. The breakfast here is probably by far the best breakfast I have had from an express type hotel. Had a great stay here. I'll definitely be coming back.

Checked in the 9th of this month. When I came in introduce myself (she looked Spanish or else don't know) she didn't response. She was so rude, she won't answered your question, no customer service, very disrespectful, home smells dusty and duty, full with hair and dusted. You have to go down to get your towels with her filthy hands touching the computer with germs. Please people do not book at this hotel, as soon as I got home get sick with a cold, forgot to mention shower full with molds.

Wonderful customer service. The hotel is new and modern, with spotless rooms, nice pool, good workout area including treadmills, elliptical trainers, adjustable bench, and dumbbells. Nice breakfast with omelettes, hot biscuits and gravy, sausage, hot cinnamon rolls, cereal, etc. However, the best feature was superb customer service by Ray. I will stay here for sure on my next trip to Ft Lauderdale.

Ok this hotel is one of my favorite hotels I have stayed at in a while. This hotel is super clean with clean towels and linen everyday, big comfy beds with no bed bugs at all (because that is something I check for everytime). The bathrooms are super cute and I so love their showers. The pool is so awesome, clean, the pool area is so clean and relaxing as well. The hot continental breakfast is really good and tasty, I just wish they would add some waffles or pancakes to their breakfast buffett. I like that they have free shuttle service to and from the airport which is a plus. The service is also good and they always helped me when needed and was very nice if I just had some questions. I really love it here and will be staying here again if I need to.

Very comfortable bed and very convenient small restaurants and bars at walking distance. 10 min from airport, shuttle wasn't there on time so I called an Uber for 8 dlls to take me to airport.

I want to start by saying the room was very nice and well cleaned. Now to start, myself and another Soldier arrived to check-in. Someone who I thought was a vendor, wore kakis and a grey shirt, stared to wait five minutes and someone would be out to help us. I went to the restroom and came back and was still waiting. Finally, a female worker came to assist us, check-in was good and quick. Now, check-out was not. My coworkers and I finished our duty earlier and wanted to check out. For government employees in Florida you can sign a tax exempt form, and we typically get this form from the front desk and we fill it out for them. However, the male I thought was the vendor yesterday was actually a hotel worker and working the front desk, wearing khakis and a navy shirt, no name tag. As usual for checking out, we asked for the tax exempt form, and he then stated billing was closed and there was nothing he could do, we informed him billing has nothing to do with giving us a tax exempt form. He kept arguing with us, and when we asked for the manager he stated one would be in at 8am. Time came and he stated it would be 9am, and then finally stated the manager-Walter- would be in 4pm. Who we plan to call and speak to about this. Also, when we asked this male worker what his name was, he stated it was “James” and wrote it on a card. I tried to explain to him that if he didn’t know how to properly remove the taxes (after we would provide a tax exempt form to him) then please call someone or the manager to assist with walking him through. He once again kept bringing up billing and stating he couldn’t do anything. We stated we would call later and speak with this manager, Walter, at 4pm. “James” stated to try at 5-6pm because the managers are sometimes late. We asked for him to proceed to check us out and we would try to resolve with his manager later, which hopefully we can, and he stated if we waited until 4pm then the manager would check us out and do the tax exemption (we said no because we would be charged two days and not one). One of the Soldiers received her check-out receipt stating it was paid by cash (we all paid by card because for military we have to) so we were confused why he had done that.

So my flight got cancelled, called and cancel my reservation, the frontdesk never game me a confirmation number, this about 5: 01pm EST, I asked if I can get a refund then she said call again the next day around 11am EST to talk to a Manager, again I called again and again later I never got to talk to a Manager and when I finally talk to someone few days later who purposively know what he is doing, then hung up threw our phone call halfway, he said whats the cancellation number, how the hell do I know that, and he said I cant help me. There you go keep my money for free. Horrible customer service over the phone, I never step foot on that hotel

I have stayed at this location 4x this year and I’m also an IHG member. On October 21st at 2300 I had the unfortunate pleasure of being yelled at by the front desk gentleman. Why? Because I simply stated he should not give delivery personnel (i.e DoorDash) room numbers for safety issues. I’ve stayed at many hotels and it’s common practice for guests to meet delivery personnel in the lobbies.

My request was received with hostility. I was shocked by this unusual response by a mere suggestion. This person is not fit for basic communication, yet he represents your company. I am genuinely concerned with this gentleman’s mental health. Please reach out to him.
