Holiday Inn Express & Suites Ft Lauderdale N - Exec Airport, an IHG Hotel, Fort Lauderdale FL

Everything was nice and clean, my son had the pool to himself every day, and I love that they have Dove and Aveda soap products. The downside to our visit was seeing cockroaches, the breakfast food being very rubbery (breads, meats, eggs), and the thermostat not working properly in multiple rooms (we had booked several rooms all over the building but this issue was found all over), my room was at 75 degrees, I dropped it to 68 before bed and by morning it had only made it down to 71. My asthma was bugging me all night so I'm guessing the air filters needed changed badly.

It is normal for this company to make life very easy, just arrive and there is always availability available and someone will kindly assist you at any time, not like other places than if you book online or through a third-party app and many obstacles and everything coldly calculated so that you lose your The truth is that these hotels are my favorites when I want to solve any accommodation problem I love them

Yes I was able to check in early but requested a 1 st floor.the wifi needs to be much better as well.

Stayed here on a Saturday. The breakfast was amazing! Eggs, crispy bacon, 2 kinds of sausage, biscuits the size of a grapefruit, sausage gravy, pancakes, cereal, yogurt, several yogurts, milks, FLAKY cinnamon rolls, every part of it was perfect! There breakfast deserves a Michelin star! I'm gonna tweet about this place to Tom and Padma from Top Chef!

Really enjoyed staying at this location. Staff was friendly, room and interior of the hotel was clean. There was a big selection at included breakfast. The breakfast area was kept clean, the food was kept stocked.
The location is in a good area. The only negative thing for us was that it was a little far from our cruise location.

This hotel isn't on the ocean but very close to everything we ubered everywhere and it was clean and by a beautiful University campus.

-dirty, shouldn’t be open while under renovation
-pool not open even though advertised
-room windows had no blinds and the parking lot lights were extremely bright all night
-shower got plugged multiple times
-windows thin and room was very loud next to a busy street
-pillows not comfortable
-says airport in the name but it’s not near the main airport, just a small “executive” airport

Nasty inside dated - never had a parking issue.also it took 30 minutes of running hot water to the 4th floor to get a medium Luke warm shower.

A tired, run down hotel. It was in the process of getting updated whilst there. The complimentary hot breakfast was severely limited as the normal breakfast area was being worked on. We were there for 5 nights and room service was just twice.however, towels were changed daily. Bathroom door was dilapidated and on the photo attached.

I NEED to give a shout out to Akeem and Shanice and the team there! I only had one night booked, but due to Hurricane Ian I had to extend my stay for several days and when I tell you they went above and beyond to accommodate me, I mean it!

Also, even though the hotel is under renovations they still served breakfast and the servers were exceptional with making sure we had everything we needed.

I travel a lot and have stayed at many hotels, but this experience is very high on my list of satisfaction!

The room was perfect, spacious. Even the toiletry items were great. I enjoyed the body wash and lotion very much and even the pillows! I actually would like to purchase your pillows if someone can point me in the right direction.

Always friendly and helpful staff. Breakfast is second to none. Rooms clean and well appointed.

Upon arrival we were warmly welcomed by  manager, "Akeem" we were upgraded Without doubt All respect for the manager who does a great job here; a true sample of excellent hospitality!
Every staff member I encountered, from check- in "Malina" were delightful and eager to help us find things to do for our stay! She was extremely friendly. And the restaurant staff (Nadine And Jeana) deserves a special thanks. We had two great morning's there. With  fantastic food and excellent service at the Restaurant. The menu has a great variety of food choices and the preparation made for superior tasting. The staff was very attentive, professional and friendly.  The rooms were clean, very comfortable, and the Housekeeping staff was amazing. They went over and beyond to help make our stay enjoyable. Thank you!  This is the perfect hotel for a weekend getaway. I had a wonderful experience at the Holiday Inn Express & Suites I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Fort Lauderdale and Miami area

The staff here was very friendly and accommodating and the breakfast was good. However, the initial room we were booked had roaches in it. We walked into one in the wall, one on the floor, and one on the desk. When we asked to switch rooms they were very nice about it. But the second room we got had sitting water in the sink from a previous guest. We informed them about this also and they did come fix it. Finally we got up in the morning to go swimming but couldn’t use the pool as it was dirty and looked nothing like the photos they advertised. This was especially disappointing because my kids were looking forward to going swimming. All in all, I would say the staff was very nice and the breakfast was very good but I would not stay here again.

From the minute I walked in it's staff was phenomenal. The place was so clean, inviting, safe. I would highly recommend this place to anyone traveling nearby. I stayed one night, thought I could spend the next night at a resort closer to where I was vacationing visiting. I was never so disappointed in my life, unfortunately it was so late by the time I got into the resort I could not leave. Next time I will definitely only book at the Holiday Inn.

Very nice and clean hotel in a convenient location. Fitness center is clean and has high quality machines and equipment. Breakfast had a variety of options. All of the staff is friendly and thanks to Akeem we were able to stay an extra night at the same rate while we hunt for an apartment. He also personally delivered us some supplies that we needed. Thanks!

Very clean, very attentive staff, and close to everything Ft. Lauderdale. Actually very impressed how nice the room was, from the shower, to the amazing bed! Within minutes of the beach, and lots and lots of restaurants!

Made a paid in full reservation online for my girlfriend and our baby. Checking into hotel was told no locals allowed. Refused my business, now I have to fight for a refund.
