Holiday Inn Express & Suites, Jacksonville Town Center

We stopped by on our way home from a cruise out of Miami. This was probably the best experience I have had with a hotel. The facility was super clean, the guy who checked us in was very kind, and the lady checking us out was as well. The young girl working at night was quick to bring us a crib when asked, and very friendly. The free breakfast was very convenient for us as we are ready to hurry and get on the road. It is close by to some great restaurants and ice creme shops. We would definitely stay here again!

My husband and I stayed there the weekend before Christmas for 3 nights, 4 days and have nothing but great things to say about this hotel. Not only were we able to check-in early but we also got a late check-out because our flight changed. The manager was very accommodating with our request, which we so appreciated so we could head straight to the airport. Not only did the hotel smell very clean when we arrived, but our room was better than expected. It was very modern and spacious and our bed was super comfy. We loved the free breakfast and that it was close to the town center and some nice restaurants. We'd definitely stay here again but maybe rent a car the next time. The Uber fairs added up.)

Placed in a nice location around alot of shopping spots and restaurants as well as entertainment spots including top golf and iFly

The location was great, and the staff were friendly. However, I stayed from Sunday Wednesday and only found out the room didn't have cable (antenna only) when I attempted to watch football on Sunday afternoon. I couldn't enjoy any of my normal programming if I stayed in the room. If the lack of cable would have been disclosed to us before we reserved or paid for the room, I would have probably stayed elsewhere.

4.5 stars truly. Met all expectations. Slight funky smell to room, and some mold or mineral buildup on the shower head. Otherwise, all was clean and as expected.

They have a destination charger it is only two plugs and they are j1772 the hooks are broken but thankfully they do actually work I just wish they had at least 4. The rooms are very clean with a large lg TV. Alex at the front desk was very helpful with everything and getting a crib for my baby. There is a top golf next door and 95 is close by. I would stay here again

The room was mostly clean. The lack of a coffee maker in the room was disappointing. I don't care to go to the lobby for a cup of coffee and shouldn't have to ask for a coffee maker to be put in the room at the cost of $180 for the night. I checked in around 7: 30 PM and left at 1: 00 AM to catch a flight. Definitely needed a coffee maker. There's no open coffee shops nearby at that time of the morning. There is no view. It's not a luxury hotel. It is/was not a great value. I didn't find it kid-friendly, nor is it high-tech. Parking is challenging.

This is nice hotel in a great location right next to Top Golf and St Johns shopping center.
Breakfast was good (you have to try the pancake maker.no mess!) and the staff were welcoming.
Only negative here is that only 2 towels are supplied in the rooms and we have a family of 5. Unless we share towels then some of us will have to go without a shower! We asked reception for extra towels and they were happy to supply. I recommend looking at the number of guests staying in a room at the time of booking and supplying enough towels to accommodate the number of guests.

This hotel sets the standards high for what all hotels should be! We had a lovely stay here! Our favorite part was the EV charging station right on site. The hotel and rooms are clean and modern. Shower is great, love the lighted mirror and the full size soaps, body wash, shampoo, conditioner and body lotion. The bed was so comfortable, best sleep ever! The staff was very nice and friendly. You have Top golf and a indoor skydiving spot right next to the hotel too which is awesome! Breakfast was what all breakfasts should be to quote my husband lol love the pancake machine for fluffy pancakes! 10/10 recommend?

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this wonderful hotel, and I must say, it was a truly delightful experience from start to finish. The room was lovely, offering comfort and style. The bathroom was spotless, a testament to their commitment to cleanliness. What truly impressed me was the breakfast - a delightful start to my day with a diverse and delicious selection.

The manager Ashleigh runs a good operation and she will take care of any concerns you have if you mention them. Great service, clean rooms, good location

I rarely write reviews, but the outstanding hospitality offered by Ashley, and Anne deserve mention.
We had some difficult schedule concerns which could have made our Jacksonville visit quite stressful.
Ashley, and Anne helped us to work around all of this and turned a challenging visit into a pleasant one.
This hotel has great beds, terrific water pressure in the showers, complimentary breakfast, and is very clean.
Highly recommended.

The automatic window blinds did not work they had no one on shift to fix it and would not change my room, so I had to use a blanket to block the window. The only reason why this was a problem for me is because I was facing the front parking lot with all the lights coming through the room, and I was on a business trip and needed to get some sleep.

They have good breakfasts and their rooms are nice. Their location is great, it's close to the college.

Moved to the Area and needed a place to stay with my mom for three nights. Found this hotel late at night. The lady at the front desk was so kind. Clean Rooms, clean breakfast area. We enjoyed our stay and felt safe. Highly Recommend.
