I checked in and as I walked in my room I found an employee using the bathroom of the room I was issued
Also, at 9: 30 am had the house keeper use her keys to know k on my door to tell me she needed to clean the room. Check out time is 11 am
I tried communicating with manager and no one ever returned my calls! I don’t recommend this location at all

My wife and I had a 2-day visit at Holiday inn Express. The rooms were spacious and very clean. The staff were excellent. I needed some extra pillows and they were prompt. Best of all the breakfast was a surprise, it was so good. Crispy bacon, delicious biscuits, great coffee it was it all good and nice people working there.

Best staff in the industry. Nigel the manager took his time to get us a room when I messed up our reservation for the wrong date, Nigel stepped up and got us a room. 10 stars to him. Thanks Nigel

I didn't like it at all. The hotel was dirty it smelled of humidity the pool is dirty it had glass bottles. The suitcases must be brought up by oneself because they do not have buttons. It is located in the middle of two highways and the noise of the cars is heard despite the soundproof windows. We couldn't stand even 2 hours in the hotel and we left and despite the state of the hotel they didn't give us a refund either for taking off or at the hotel. We arrived at a hotel with a tiny and dirty pool far from the beach in the middle of the noise of two highways and despite knowing the state of the hotel they did not reimburse us for anything. The view of the hotel is the noisy highway bridge that is there. The rooms have no ventilation.

Did NOT warn me that as a result of holds this motel owes me $950.00! Stay clear! You have been warned!

The staff is outstanding at this hotel. From housekeeping to the breakfast staff to the front desk. I would stay there again.

My stay was very pleasant. Employees where very pleasant & professional rooms where clean and comfortable But the breakfast was hot and amazing.

Location accessible to everything shopping, food, beach. Older building though they have renovated. Comfy for the price

The best choice we could make for our stay, a very spacious hotel and a very good location, the room was very spacious and the staff was very friendly, especially Alicia Hernandez, who was the one who cleaned the room throughout our stay, very satisfied with its cleanliness, it always kept us safe.clean room thank you very much

Two stars because the staff was really nice and the complimentary breakfast was a solid offering.

Musty, smelly room. AC barely worked and had to be cranked down to make the room liveable for one night after a long trip. Won't be booking here again.

Pool area only had 2 patio tables with chairs and 2 other chairs. With 3 other families taking the tables and chairs that left no where to sit and watch out kids swim. We stood a few few minutes then left and went back to the room. Went to get on the elevator and the door started to shut on my wife getting on the elevator. This is the worst holiday inn express I have ever stayed at.

The pictures online feel cherry picked. The building looks to be in disrepair and the service was by far the worst we have uncountered at a hotel.

We payed for 5 days and called to make sure our room would be ready when we got in town. When we arrived, they had sold our already bought room and we had to wait two hours to get a room to sleep.

The lady at the front desk was acting like we never payed for the room until we showed our printed receipt proving we had already payed beforehand.

Very dirty, unprofessional and by far the worst hotel stay we have had by far.

Rooms are spacious, clean, well managed, friendly staff. Their breakfast is very tasty and healthy. Holiday inn never disappointed me anytime. Their check in and checkout process also very easy, quick and convenient. This place is very near to CVS, so it’s very convenient to get the required stuff during your vacation. This place is also in proximity to almost all the major attractions as well as to the airport.

Top notch service and hotel. Hidden gem in Clear water. Convenient location. Nigel and hotel management are top notch. Choose this hotel over pricey hotels on beach. Location is across from stores and plenty of restaurants

Pros: Continental breakfast was consistently amazing! We stayed Monday-Thursday and everyday there was PLENTY of food for everyone! Really liked the pancake maker!
We liked the choice between pillows. 2 pillows on each bed say soft, 2 say firm. Love that!
We used points and a certificate to pay for our stay, so I love that IHG has that program for members. Gave me a little peace of mind that my trip wasn't super expensive!

Cons: Room 423 has a malfunctioning outlet strip in the wall between the beds. Had to jiggle cords to get my phone to charge. The USBs don't work at all. Didn't realize the hotel was so close to a highway, so falling asleep could be difficult if you are someone who needs total quiet. Lots of noise from cars, trucks, and motorcycles. Beds are a tad too soft for me, but I have a bad back and require a much firmer mattress.

All in all, a comfortable stay.

Hotel wasn’t bad. Big and accommodating to big parties. A/C issues in a couple rooms. Small pool for how many guests they can hold. Barely any lights in the room.

Parking sucks you might have to park on other side and walk around plus if you have a Big vehicle like a pickup truck it's hard to maneuver in & out of spots. It's located right in the corner of 2 extremely busy roads so that sucks also and the area at front door where you unload your car is small and part of the way thru parking lot so if someone is unloading luggage or left there car to check in and they didn't park straight you have to wait to get thru cos it's too small to go backwards.
