Holiday Inn Express & Suites Lakeland South, an IHG Hotel

Very clean room. Service desk very helpful. Important to me-very good water pressures in bathroom!

Super clean, close to some restaurants. Only thing I didnt like is that bathroom had a tub instead of a shower, everything else was great.

I thought this place was brand new until I was told it was 5 years old. You'd never know. Spotless. Someone really cares.

It is such a beautiful hotel. The rooms are so pretty and clean and have lots of privacy. The location is a little confusing to get Into. But I figured it out. I definitely would recommend going to that hotel. And another thing the breakfast bar is amazing they have lots of choices you can literally make your own pancake. It is awesome.

Love this hotel, the staff is awesome. Aisha was very helpful. There is a Cheddar's in the parking lot which has great food and a great bar. Room and shower head is very clean with nice big HDTVs and plenty of channels to choose from. I travel a lot and highly recommend this hotel.

Fantastic from check in to check out. Staff was pleasant, room and bed were comfortable, hotel was very clean, and they had the best continental breakfast I've ever had at a hotel. We will be back.

Worst customer service ever. I called in a reservation. They accidentally gave me a military rate. Once I was there to check in they asked for an additional $168 on top of the $200 room rate. I didn’t have it. They said they could cancel me for free as the best option moving forward. Shameful to say the least.

By far the worst experience you could have with a hotel. My young daughter left her Nintendo Switch in our room after checkout, and realized it once we were two hours away. We called that same day and were informed by guest services that they had it and to fill out a form for them to send it back. Couldn’t complete the form as our next IHG Hotel had computer issues. Completed the form once we got home and gave them a few days for processing. When we hadn’t heard anything about it we called and were informed by the front desk that they never had it, and would “look into it”.

Great experience, friendly and courteous staff as well. Great location with regard to the city of Lakeland, highways, etc.
