Good hotel, service a little sparse, should be more friendly. Very good facilities and location.

Have stayed on multiple occasions and the pool is now operational, so no complaints. Great place.

It’s been 20 days and I can’t my deposit back. Their customer service is no help and same thing happened in April. If I don’t check my account they would simply just steal my money.

Hotel was clean, comfortable, local to the parks, good price. Minus one star because I requested an early check in when booking and received email confirmation of my request. When I arrived, front desk said they never received it. Had to wait hours in the lobby before a room came available.

I stayed in August to begin with, I stayed for 3 days and no one changed my sheets, nor did they clean my room and until now I have not seen my refund back for security, I am calling for someone to solve the problem for me and no one knows anything or says anything, Please I need an answer about my refund

I really liked the hotel in general, it has a good location within the city and especially close to the park area that we intended to visit.
Good attention from the service staff throughout the stay, excellent cleanliness, good organization in general and adequate ambiance.
We enjoy the breakfasts they offer, varied, prepared at the moment and with the possibility of purchasing to your liking and even participating in the preparation of some.
Without a doubt I recommend it and I will return.

We stayed 5 nights and had a great time at the hotel. Friendly service, good breakfast area with a nice selection and a great location (5min drive to Disney).
A couple of things you need to know. The pool is closed, but you can use the pool at the neighboring hotel.
The elevators are that slow that you almost forget were you want to go.
Parking is charged on a daily basis. $$$

It was hard finding a hotel with decent reviews. I see most of the complaints were petty. The hotel appeared to be very new, we had no issues, ate breakfast, took the shuttle to Disney, and used the laundry room. Hotel staff was super nice including the ladies in the breakfast area. Had no issues. It was actually nice area.

Made a reservation to stay there due to having a past good experience however this time around we were advised housekeeping would only be available upon request, we requested housekeeping on the second day of being there only to be told they could only come with 24 hours in advance so we requested it then. (No big deal we will get it on the 3rd day instead) Come back from the parks late at night on the day we were supposed to get it and our room was not cleaned. I then went to request towels since our towels never dried and was offered beach towels. I went to the front desk the next day to tell them at that point we were requesting a new room since we never got our room cleaned and the springs on the beds were very worn and the beds were quite uncomfortable, the front desk attendant then tells us they are all as bad. Really? You are aware your beds are this bad? We changed rooms and sure enough they were equally as bad. On the day of checkout we were about 10 minutes late to leave and housekeeping made it to the room, funny how it never happened on the rest of the days we were there. Now I have a charge for I don't know what that I will for sure be calling about. Save yourselves time because the pool doesn't work either.

The location of this hotel is amazing. It is 5 minutes from everything. The rooms were lovely and clean and the free breakfast every day was AMAZING The only THING (S) that I have to complain about are.that they make you pay for parking, but then say that they are not responsible for you car or it's belongings, plus the parking lot is not manned or staffed or closed to the public. Next, the pool was out of service for the whole week but they did say that we were able to use the one at the Eloft hotel next door. What they don't tell you at check in is, that if you do not request your room to be serviced or trash cleaned or fresh towels, then you will NEVER get any and if you do, you have to do it for the NEXT DAY! NO SAME DAY SERVICE! Also if you try to speak to any of the housekeeping staff, they will lie and tell you that none of them speak English! When I said this to the front desk lady, she chuckled and continued to book us room service for the next day.

If you can get past all of this, then it is a fantastic place to stay.

Absolutely horrible called to confirm my check in at 4 and was told everything would be ready after having a long day at Disney I was expecting to at least get my 3 kids to a room to settle but I was wrong got here at 4: 40 and was told the room wasn’t ready and we had to wait another 20 minutes Armando the guy at the front desk was absolutely useless offering no remedy to this problem never have a stayed at a hotel that has this horrible customer service. Still waiting on my room. Edit: finally got our room after a 25 minute wait. The kids were excited to swim here but as you can see in the picture that won’t be happening Room was clean but very disappointed with our stay already.
