Holiday Inn Express & Suites Palm Bay, an IHG Hotel

Best experience ever. Went to check in. Our room wasn't ready so the manager came out. Bumped us up to his best room, the king sweet, on the top floor, pool side veiw. Gave us a discount. Best service we've ever received anywhere. The manager was the kindest man I have ever met. Went out of his way to treat us like we were his special guest. Blown away. We recommend this holiday inn express to everyone. This is now our favorite place. Ask for room 414. Thank you again from the bottom of our hearts. Best weekend ever.

Great 2 star hotel, lots of parking, front desk Nicole was so helpful and informative, very attentive.
Room was a double queen, first floor,
Breakfast was good, pancake machine was interesting.
Hot tub was HOT.

The room and the hotel are very clean and excellent breakfast. Also pool and hot tub are great, I recommend this place it's fabulous

Very good! Traveled up and down from fort Lauderdale.this was the best place for this price point.very clean. Great staff, nice rooms! Fair price.

Everything was pretty much great here. Until I woke my son up in the morning and when he got out of bed I noticed a red fruit punch stain on the sheets. I'm not sure if they bleach their sheets and maybe it's a stain on the sheets that just didn't wash out. But it was very unattractive and made me wonder if the sheets were changed from the previous occupants. They got an average size pool. Hot breakfast was very good. Available from 6: 30 to 9: 00.

It was nice and clean but unfortunately I was charged 3 x for one room paid cash put my card down for the deposit and then get charged 4 days later for 171.86 then again in july for another 171.86

edit thanks Ms. Diana for reaching out but it's TRUE your own people at the desk even said it I was charged 3 x so wasnt everyone else that stayed from april24 through july.the lady said yall changed card readers and it recharged every stay tell me I'm wrong I have all the proof I need from my credit card company and receipts from there for the day I stayed IM STATING FACTS! Please don't try to deflect it or say I'm lying when I'm telling 100% TRUTH

Nice clean rooms. Hot breakfast. Front desk was very friendly and accommodating. Will stay again when we have soccer games here.

Was Happy with my room, very clean. Just wish there was a bathtub. Breakfast was good and had a variety. Staff was very pleasant! Very economically priced.

Excellent staff! My family and I went down for the Inspiration 4 Launch and went to visit Key West, choosing this location to stay at. This was a great location. Staff was very kind and helpful when you need something. Nothing bad on their part, but the guests never took the carts back down to the lobby so me being friendly and working in customer service for over 4 years I would take them back to the lobby just so the staff didn't have to.

I loved my stay here! The staff was great! They were very friendly and professional. The room was clean and nice. I will definitely recommend and plan to visit again.

This is a very nice hotel and looks like new with modern furniture and decor. Quiet, clean, friendly staff and the hot breakfast was really good. My husband and I will save this address for future stay in this area.

Excellent staff lead by an amazing man PK. We had such a wonderful experience. Anything we asked was given to us with a smile. Friendly, professional, caring staff. I will not hesitate to return. The beds were comfy even the sofa bed was comfortable. Theresa in breakfast was so kind and friendly. Hector in the front and the whole front desk were amazing.

It was very clean, friendly staff, and comfortable bed. It's a shame that inconsiderate guests hanging out in the hallway being loud and slamming doors made the night very uncomfortable

The hotel was extremely clean. A little confusing on GPS Guidance. Room was extremely large and well maintained. I would have given this location 5 stars but there was an issue when my niece bought candy from their mini mart. The candy which was a bag of Skittles were ALL STUCK TOGETHER! Which would tell some one the candy was old and melted together. We returned or try to return and Desk staff refused to exchange or provide a refund! For a 1.50 the staff would rather argue with a Guest instead of ratifying the situation with a simple exchange. Holiday Inn.not a very good look for you at all!

It was nice and clean. The front desk people were a little awkward. They were kind, but awkward. There's only 1 elevator and it's pry small. Face masks are optional. The other Holiday Inn we visited, the workers wore face masks, which I liked. At this one, none of the staff members wore face masks, but they did have Plexi glass I'm front of them. The front desk guy wiped his nose and then handed the key card to my husband. It was pretty gross. Other than minor things, the room was clean and we literally slept the night and left as soon as we woke up. If need be, we'd stay here again.

Very clean and had great comfy beds an live the dark lighting shades for people's different sleep needs.an the pool area along with the breakfast area was very clean.

Enjoyed our room here for 5 nights Memorial weekend! So neat & clean, new. Showers were great! Enjoyed breakfast. Kayla at front desk was so sweet. Young black guy who cleaned the lobby area was great! Kind, good manners & conscientious about his work! Bed was sooo comfy! Big tv. Definitely will visit again!

I was stranded in Palm Bay with my parakeet! I needed a room until my car was finished. PK was amazing! He even waited to see if I needed an extra day for my repairs. Room was very clean.thanks Maria. Breakfast was great. Awesome staff. Thanks again PK:)
