21Would be a higher rating but the hotel only had one out of the two elevators working and several of the ice machines were down. The hot breakfast is pretty good. Rooms were clean and spacious.
Room was very clean and spacious; well worth it for the money. Breakfast was very good as well. They had the cheesey fiesta omelettes, turkey links, pork sausages, biscuits and gravy, hotcakes you can make yourself, and a variety of juices and fruits. Staff was friendly and courteous. I highly recommend if you want a relaxing stay.
Had a problem with my reservation from the start, my family got covid one day after the free cancellation date when I tried to call there call center and change the date they had a problem with the computer and was transferred to the hotel where I thought it was taken care of.was charged the a no show for the original date when I called the hotel the lady said I had canceled it and I told her no I spoke with the manager about it and the manager had remembered what had happed so she fixed (so I thought) the problem date was changed to the right date and all was well.a month before new date I had to change it again due to a family emergency, when I called the hotel to change it was told there was no reservation I told her no I had a reservation gave her the name of the lady I spoke with and she had that manager call me back she called and she was not sure what had happened and changed it to a new date for me and put that it was a prepaid for my November thought everything was fixed again (nope) come the day of my visit there was no reservation and when they pulled my name up they seen the notes that it was a prepaid and resisted the stay asked for a card in case of incident (understandable) then when we checked out the next day my card was charged again for the full night I called and the hotel manager told me that I could only change the reservation once (no where does it state that) and that there was nothing that they could do about it so now they have changed my card over 300.00 for what was a pre-paid visit.and all they said is sorry you had a bad experience I will never use a IHG hotel or holiday inn or express ever again. I know this wont get me my money back but if I can save someone the horrible experience I had and the money I hope so.
Stayed 2 nights, toilet backed up and bed was broken. Asked for them to fixt the bed after the first night, they didn't. The manager called "Z" told me that she would call me back after looking into these issues, but never did. Poor management at this location. I will NOT stay there again. Too many options that are willing to take care of their customers!
Our trip started off a little rough at the holiday Inn. We were on a late night flight and called ahead to let them know we'd be checking in late, after midnight. We we're told no problem, we even check in online, but when we got to the hotel they told us we were marked as "no show". After a little back and forth we were able to get a room on the second floor. The room had a lingering odor of smoke which we told the staff the next day. They did offer for us to change to an available room, but I just wanted them to know so I didn't get billed.
Other than that the room was decent enough for us and the kids.
The TV had cartoon network and nickelodeon which was nice. Breakfast in the morning was fine, biscuits and gravy, bacon, make your own pancakes, and of course fruit and cereal. Good enough to get the family to start the day.
The only other concern I had was the open parking lot that was surrounded by tall grass and man-made trails. It didn't even occur to me until one morning we came out to a couple of shady characters hanging out by our rental van. We were parked at the edge of the lot and there were no other cars around. Being a former resident of NPR, I was immediately reminded of the type of folks that could be using these trails. If you stay here I would recommend getting a spot closer to the building.
Overall the room was decent for the area.
I stayed at this hotel about two weeks ago. At first the experience was good until my third night there. I started experiencing severe itching I thought that I had mosquitoes bites, had to go to the doctor it turns out I was exposed to bed bugs.
Very poor pay big money for a nice Jacuzzi it's Jacuzzi no bubbles no heat very dirty definitely not impressed paid big money will never come back called office no one ever came
My stay was 3 and a half weeks and it was amazing. Great staff, clean rooms and a great breakfast. What more can you ask for
This is by far one of the best little hotels we have used. EVERYBODY was friendly, courteous, helpful and kind. The room was lovely, the bed very comfy. Quiet area. Really good Continental breakfast. There’s only 1 opportunity that I’d like to mention. Please fix the ice machine on the second floor. Thank you.
It is so quiet! If I hadn't seen other people in the hallway I would have thought I was the only one on the floor. The room was super clean, the service desk people were awesome. Hot breakfast every morning.
The staff was extremely rude to me and my husband I really believe it’s a race thing I have been harassed the past few days and they have harassed the friends met, multiple incident involving the cops between 2 days, just plz don’t go here if your a person of color you will not get good treatment at all
Clean, quiet, and welcoming hotel with very reasonable prices. Front staff was very friendly. Breakfast area was very well kept. If in the area we will definitely be back.
Great experience from check in to check out. The front desk staff was very friendly. The room was clean. The bed was comfortable. I liked the fact that they have black out shades which kept the room really dark in the morning. The hot tub and pool were clean. Everything was fresh at the breakfast buffet. I would definitely stay there again. Highly recommended.
Holiday Inn and Suites is the best! On our first day of our vacation this was the first hotel stay we had. Absolutely clean rooms, delicious hot breakfast and the guest service is wonderful. I would definitely stick with Holiday Inn Hotels. They beat the competition by alot.
Loved the breakfast bar in the morning! Check in was a bit of an unexpected experience. We checked in on time actually a little bit later than we originally anticipated when we got there our room wasn't ready. However, our other party's room was ready so we asked if we could go up and wait with them. Easy enough right? Well we guessed wrong.the manager began to gave us a hard time about this request, demanding that under no circumstances do we speak to the housekeeping because she did not want housekeeping to feel pressured to go faster. This was not our intentions at all, but when we got upstairs we realized that housekeeping wasn't even clean our rooms they in fact had been finished cleaning my room earlier that day? (We knew that this was our room as we were getting a room right next to our friends who also whose room was initially ready) it was just odd? When we went downstairs to get the key to our room the manager gave us an attitude for finding out our room was ready she just was unprepared. As for our room, it was clean and nice.l really like that instead of giving you disposable shampoos and conditioners they have in a reusable pump bottles of Dove shampoo, conditioner, body wash and they also give you a small bar of Dove soap. Personally I think all hotels should adopt this concept to help reduce plastic waste!

The beds are so comfortable! The provided pillows have different firmness, so you'll find your favorite. The included breakfast has something for everyone. Coffee lovers will enjoy the in room Keurig. Can't wait to try out the pool and hot tub tomorrow!
Great Value! It's kept nice and clean. Plus it has all one needs to make a good trip. Service is fantastic, Dominica was so nice and extremely considerate! Also Jen was super nice too! Really great staff, and definitely enjoying my stay. If you are looking for a perfect room, well you can find other options but I will say the value is definitely here, others you will pay a lot extra for not that much more.
I had the worst experience at this hotel. First I had to pay over $800 plus $200 surplus charge. The surplus charge is $50 dollars a night at this hotel. The employee customer service is disgusting. They through out out stuff from our room, when we already had a reservation. Those employees don't care, especially when a family is visiting family in the hospital. Horrible service.
On our departure the manager charged more than the $50 deposit claiming we had a dog in the room which we did not. Saying the bed was soaked which it was dry and room was clean when we checked out. The lady wouldn't provide her name but was very rude and said we were lucky she didn't take more which felt like a threat of fraud. I wouldn't recommend anyone book rooms here for fear of wrongful charges to your account and terrible customer service.
