Holiday Inn Orlando-Disney Springs Area, an IHG Hotel, Lake Buena Vista FL

When you first check in you are greeted by the front desk. The lady that checked us in was so kind and friendly. To me that is so important. After being stuck in the truck with your loved ones it kind of makes you cranky, lol. The lady at the front desk made me snap out of that and made me smile.
Our first impression of the resort was "It is so clean. "
Our room was spacious and the beds were so comfy and cozy. I honestly can't say enough about this resort other than it's amazing!
Odd request though. If someone from the Holiday Inn reads this. We fell in love with the Dove body wash and don't know the name of it other than it's Dove. We tried looking for it in Walmart with no luck: (I mean we literally opened every bottle and sniffed it to see if it was the one, lol.
So if ya could help my family out with the name of it we would be forever thankful!

My wife and I stay here. The day before we went to Disney world. We decided to stay close to Disney springs so we could shop and hang out before our Disney vacation. There are lots of cool restaurants here. Lots of shopping if you're into that. We actually caught a boat and a bus to some of the other resorts just to mess around. If you stay at this hotel you can walk to Disney springs. That was important for us. It's a great walk with a nice bridge overpass to get into the mall.
The hotel itself was great. We had a balcony and watched the fireworks at Epcot that night. The concierge gave us tickets for free drinks down at the bar. We actually had food from the bar and it was awesome. They serve breakfast in the morning but we didn't eat there. It looked pretty nice though. The room was nice, the beds were comfortable and it actually is a hotel that partners with Disney. They offer shuttles to Disney all the time. If you don't want to stay on a resort but want some of the amenities of Disney this place is for you!

Place is a dump. Very old and looks like things haven't been cleaned or updated in 20+ years. We had to place the ice bucket bag over the TV remotes because it was so dirty and smelled of vomit. We talked to the hotel front desk and to IHG directly and no one did anything anything about it.
STAY SOMEWHERE ELSE

Loved the experience staying at this Holiday Inn. Location is amazing as it is within walking distance to Disney Springs. The hotel provides a free shuttle to the Disney Parks which was convenient and saves you from an extra Uber trip. Also the service was top notch.

RJ provided amazing service and was key to our wonderful stay. RJ was able to accommodate our request for two rooms to be next to each other during check in as well as thoroughly explain all the amenities that we had access to.

We had a slight hiccup in the room where the refrigerator wasn't cooling properly and RJ was able to get it fixed while we were out.

Rooms were well sized and the two queen beds were perfect. The AC was ice cold in the Orlando heat.

Overall staying at the Holiday Inn at Disney Springs made for a wonderful and efficient vacation!

They will charge you for rooms that you cancel even if it’s a refundable room purchase. I’m aware there are rooms that you can book that are non refundable but that is not what I booked and ultimate cancelled within the cancellation window. Buyer beware.

Stayed for 4 nights. My overall experience was good

PROS: free shuttle to Disney world parks until 90 minutes after each park close
Close to waffles house and cheap gift shops
Nice staff
Nice pool area
Free vouchers for drinks at snack bar& kids get free meal with purchase of a full sized entree
CONS: no airport shuttle
Breakfast buffet not worth almost 30$ (Should be complimentary)
If you want to know the time the next theme park shuttle bus is arriving to pick you up from the theme park you are at, the bus company or the front desk doesn’t know.
Entry door to pool isn’t very easy to open (not good for people with disabilities)

We normally stay next door at the Hilton but took a chance on a cheap rate here. What a nice surprise! From the time we drove up and were greeted by Paul this place is solid. Clean rooms, even a drink for your resort fee… Hilton doesn’t do that. Yes, it’s a bit older property but I’m not here much while at Disney.

To walk to Disney Springs we walked through the parking lot and through the Hilton. Go right and head out by their pool to follow their sign to the pedestrian bridge. Also, Congress Park at Saratoga Springs is the closest Disney Transportation stop. Disney Springs does not run buses to the parks (or everyone would park there).

Hilton’s convenience store is far superior to the one here though. It’s not terribly priced depending on what you buy for the Disney area. Yes, they’ll take your money, no questions asked.
