Holiday Inn Port St. Lucie, an IHG Hotel

You can never go wrong at a Holiday Inn. This place is amazing, staff is very friendly. Very clean and very hospitable to everyone that walks through the door. Thank you and kudos, to the staff, front desk, and management. A big shout out to the housekeeping staff for keeping these rooms. Looking amazing, thank you.

Rooms were lacking in amenities, And furniture. But hotel is under renovation. Great restaurant for all meals. Friendly staff

I couldn't even sleep. My room was full of roaches complained and was only refunded 50 dollars

Stayed here on a business trip, 3 days. On the 3rd day I noticed a blood stain on the bed sheet that housekeeping placed on the bed. I notified the front desk and they sent someone up immediately. After all the bedding was changed all I was asked is “are you good now? ” Absolutely will not be staying there again. I did take pictures as did the management.

I suggest that you don’t stay there. Musky smells like mold. I really didn’t want to give it one star. If you were bigger than average you couldn’t stand in the bathroom to dry off. You would barely get past the toilet and door to get in the shower. No free breakfast for sure!

Wonderful staff at the front desk and Laurie at the hotel restaurant is an absolute doll. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Horrible! There was a smell when we got out of the elevator on our floor.we walk in our room and all you smell is an order of old water. It’s outdated and looks like a motel the showers were not clean.we asked for a microwave when we arrived and we’re told it would be brought right up but it’s been an hour.we can’t wait to leave. We’ve tried to reach the front desk but no answer don’t stay at this holiday inn we’ve never had such a bad experience with holiday inn

Feel this may be an unfair review as it is undergoing renovations. But it is a very old, rundown Holiday Inn. The fitness centre was closed (they did, however, have the option of going across to Planet Fitness for free which we made use of). The pool looked amazing but sadly we didn’t have time to use it (the hours were quite restrictive). The hot tub was closed anyway with caution tape across it. The 5th floor smelled very strongly of smoke. The car park seemed to have some cars/homemade camper thing living in it and just didn’t feel very safe in our opinion. Can recommend a lovely town Stuart not far from the hotel where we enjoyed a boardwalk along the water. I don’t mind an older hotel but this is in need of some love. Hopefully it will be greatly improved with the upcoming renovation.

First room carpet was wet covers were damp as laying down to go to sleep pillows smelled like mold, and still damp couldn’t stand it anymore went downstairs and asked for a different room. They were accommodating to transfer my room second room was ran down worse just not damp and wet. Only reason I stayed was because Priceline would not reimburse my stay. Please ask to see the room before you stay in it. Would not return. Absolutely disappointing. As I was standing in line to check in another guest came down and said the carpet was so wet it made her socks soaking wet.

Worst hotel I’ve ever stayed at. I’ve been asking for a receipt for over a month and they are so incompetent they can’t even email a receipt. I’d give less than a 1 star if I could. If you’re considering staying here. Just sleep in your car.

They show only the upgrade on the hotel. It was the worst. We asked for a King Bed suite we got a full size bed hard as a rock. The room looks like everything came from a goodwill store or yard sale that is so cheap and old. The shower was big enough for 1 person the toilet is so small and low to the floor. Only one sink. The carpet is so wet feels like stepping out of a pool. The smell is moldy
Don’t stay here, pay more for a wonderful experience and beautiful place to stay.

Got a call that my 86 year old mother had been put on hospice, and I should come now. My daughter drove me down and booked this hotel for the two of us for two nights. Reasonable prices, and 10 minutes from where we needed to be. We stayed for a week. It was easy to extend our stay day by day. The room was clean and comfortable. The renovation in progress is needed (mostly scratches and stains on furniture, elevators, tile, etc), but everything was very clean and well cared for. We were given a free breakfast every morning - eggs, bacon, pancakes, etc. - anything on the menu - it was delicious. The pool was already renovated and wonderful. HUGE, and with a waterfall! The grounds were beautiful. It was very soothing just to sit everyday after watching my mother fade away. The customer service was amazing, and they had no idea what we were going through. I am very impressed, and this will be my go to place when I need to be in the area.

The staff shines here. All three at the front desk were very helpful and very mindful of classic, long-forgotten customer service. Restaurant staff was also very friendly and fast.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. The rooms were very damp and needed an upgrade. The 0lace did say it was under construction. Hopefully the make changes to make it a better stay.

Decent hotel convenient for what I was doing. Enjoyed a burger and fries and beer in the restaurant. Room was fine. Way overpriced but that's par for the course.
