14 Front desk customer service was really good. House keepers were helpful and nice. Pool side was a good vibe along with the bar and dinner. No need to travel out for dinner.
However the breakfast was the worst but I’ll still give a good overall stay. Just put someone else in charge of the breakfast
We were there on 3/3/23 at the pool when police showed up then come to find out there was a deceased person in room 224 my kid seen them take this body out. Do better!
The front desk was very unfriendly. Same with housekeeping. Every time I went to the front desk, I was asked if I was checking in. I was there for 7 days. The person working the front always had their head down, never saying hello when I walked by. I even tried speaking to them but got no response. I've stayed at many Holiday Inn's, and this one was by far the worst service. The only good thing was the kid in the restaurant was very friendly.
Front desk Kevin was so helpful and the amazing staff made us feel at home! Totally recommend it!
The room was spacious but the wall was dirty. The shower had hair on the bar. The sliding door was cracked open upon arrival.
Worst WORST hotel service we’ve experienced in our travels and we travel every month and 80% of the time stay in Holiday Inn for over a week. Receptionists would rather be (and I quote) “flirt with the boy out back near the pool vs help customers check in! Then have the audacity to say in a nasty tone “have a great night” as we left. Will I ever want to come back to THIS hotel… NEVER, nor will I have or recommend my colleagues!: * (

Away even after I reserved 6 months in advance! They could care less. The girl with the red hair at the front desk was no help and could careless to change or help the situations. They front desk was rude and looks like she hates her job.
Always very pleasant & accommodating. Only thing on this trip the hot tub was not functioning correctly. It was being serviced but just didn’t work out for us this time.
WE HAVE STAYED HERE 3 TIMES & HAD NO ISSUES.

We travel a lot for work and have stayed in IHG hotels everywhere. Some pretty good, some not so good and some horrible (Brand new doesn’t always mean it’s great) This place was great. It has an old style feeling and vibe. Our experience was warm and inviting from the time we checked in until we left. Every staff member we met, either in the lobby, outside the walk way to rooms or in the parking lot, were all very personable and polite. We loved the rooms face the court yard with the pool/jacuzzi. Large rooms with super comfortable beds, separated “living room” style area, large fridge, microwave, Keurig and everything was spotless clean. On-site restaurant and breakfast. It’s a charming and inviting hotel atmosphere you don’t find a-lot anymore and were happy to have found it.
Everyone was so kind and attentive, it made our stay so pleasant! Thank you Kevin and staff on the breakfast place!
The hotel was much bigger than expected and the staff was extremely helpful. Kevin, specifically, was very patient in helping me.
It’s a little disheartening to know I am a member with this chain of hotels. I travel a lot for work and mainly stay with Ihg’s. I’m currently am traveling with my boss and we booked two rooms for this location, upon arrival it was great, shortly after we got back to the rooms to place food in the refrigerator is when we saw the first bug activity, she was able to switch rooms which I only imagined had activity in it also which it did in the bathroom. Upon going back to my room I noticed activity in around my sink area, went to bed after placing roach motels around both rooms and letting the front desk staff know. Only to wake up to realize there was more activity.
Kevin helped me get checked in and I had a wonderful experience recommend choosing this location if you are coming to Boca!
Where to start!? No ironing board, even after requesting it twice. They cleaned the room once during a 4 night stay, took my personal cup and didn't leave any cups for the coffee maker. The gym equipment was broken. The water machine in the fitness center was broken and there was no fountain for water, NO WATER for people exercising. It was a far cry from a normal Holiday Inn.
