Holiday Inn & Suites Orlando SW - Celebration Area, an IHG Hotel, Kissimmee FL

I was invited to a holiday in timeshare tour so I took the family. Upon arrival the hotel was packed with only three parking spots available, I’m guessing due to the event. Check in was fast. When my family and I entered the room provided we dropped our luggage and began to check out the room and get comfortable. Within a matter of seconds we were attacked by fleas. They had jumped all over us. We were covered from head to toe leaving us all with little red spots all over. Fleas had jumped all in our luggage, luggage that will be transported to our new car and to our home. I’m sick to my stomach. They are digging into clothes imbedding themselves into our belongings. We quickly grabbed everything and immediately went back downstairs where the fleas followed us via elevator.we were all shaking them off in the lobby in front of the concierge in distress. Both kids freaking out looking for help, the wife was out front shaking everything. What a mess. Another room was provided quickly but they had already got in our luggage and on our clothes and bodies so it only transported them to the next room. We all showered and bagged our clothes in trash bags but it still feels like fleas are on us. Absolutely ruined our family trip to Orlando and I’ll never do this again. This is our first trip to florida. And this is the best hotel everrrr.staff is great, parking is free, and pool is great

Check in was quick and easy and Niko was amazing! He gave us directions to the room and we found it very quickly!

Niko was very good and helpful at the front desk. Staff has always been as I’m here on business every week.

We stayed here on our trip to Disney. Very close to the parks. The room was perfect & the bed was cozy as well! Room was clean and upgraded. Service from front desk was amazing!

Beautiful room. Great view. Niko was absolutely the best. I appreciate you and your patience. Definitely a great place to stay at and be close to outside fun!

What I would like to share with the people the guest make sure when you leave your room you pull that door closed tightly because for some odd reason they don't close all the way very good you think you can close that door and it's open and also if you're going into your room close that door tightly behind you to make sure that no one can come in that room on you otherwise I enjoyed my stay and the guest and everything was very beautiful especially the people in the cafeteria era were exceptional

Victoria was awesome! Very helpful and allowed me to check in early. Rooms are nice and clean, awesome pool area downstairs, and great location. Food is a short walk and some attractions are also within walking distance.

Half decent, quiet hotel in a good location.
Had a beating over the years but holding up well.
Inside rooms overlooking pool have balconies.
McDonalds next door, Old Town across the street.
Pool quiet.
Great laundry on floor 3.
Can be had for a good price.
Just watch out for the $22 a night resort fee.

Employee Ivan was helpful and nice the rest of the staff was also nice as well. The room we stayed in was nice, It had a great view and was even able to see the Magic Kingdom Firework show from our Balcony on the 8th floor.

Veronica was so personable and pleasant! She made sure that we were happy and she was very happy to assist us. Veronica’s customer service was top notch!

Well. We ended up in this hotel by a relocation from a booking company, and this place really saved the trip to Orlando, service was outstanding, everything was on place, rooms extremely clean, breakfast was awesome, is close to everything, parking is free, the people on the breakfast area waited for like 10 more mins for my daughter to have breakfast (Thanks Gina and Jovanny, hope to see you soon) and also this lady in the front desk named Izi (don't know. Maybe Isabelle) and she was amazing, she was the one to check us in around 2: 45 am. The stuff is definitely incredible, and the place is quite, go there if you don't like it, send me the bill

This was my first time staying here and the experience was great. Niko checked us in and was great. I would definitely stay here again.

Location is amazing, being right in the middle of it ALL! Sabrina at check in was super friendly and helpful with all the information. The room was clean and beautiful with a balcony. My only weak rating would be that it did not have a great view. Great for a stay when exploring the activities available nearby.

The front desk employees are very friendly Veronica was amazing she answered all my questions, the hotel is very clean, the rooms are very spacious and clean and Adriana the housekeeper was amazing too. I really enjoyed staying at the Holiday Inn.

We’ve stayed here several times and have always loved our stay! Our check in was very easy thanks to Sabrina and Revan they made our experience a pleasure!
