Holiday Inn Titusville - Kennedy Space Ctr, an IHG Hotel

I'll start with the good. Jaz and Kayla in the restaurant were amazing. Great, friendly service. Jaz was very informative about local food and activities for all ages, very impressed with her detailed knowledge and amazing customer service. Highly recommend for advice if you are looking for things to do or places to eat.

The rooms were clean, the pool was outside and a bit leafy but not bad. The gym is a bit small but does the needful.

My room, 431 smelled like someone urinated in the AC unit. Also the tiles were damaged in the bathroom and patched with caulk. The shower faucet and showerhead both leaked pretty badly, resulting in a pool of water on the bathroom floor in the AM. The TV is dated but works fine. Beds were nice and comfy. Service at the front was friendly and no issues with check in or out.

I got my reservation though expedia and supposed to be the breakfast was free. Unfortunately I was charged. I called the CS of Expedia. The hotel front desk assured they will reimburse my money. I suggest for any Expedia customers to clear with them how they will avail the free breakfast without any hassles. I didn't get the remaining 2 days free breakfast.

Stayed for one night. It's a good hotel if you aren't going to spend a lot of time in it. Nice rooms. We were there just to watch Space X launch, and we continued on our drive through Florida the next day. Easy on and off access to the interstate.

It could use a refresh, but great location if you are heading to the Kennedy Space Center. Staff was solid.

What a great Holiday Inn. The staff is helpful and polite and rooms are comfortable there is a restaurant and bar on site. I stay here every time I visit Titusville.

Sofa bed pullout in the “suite” with springs in my back all night, carpet felt grungy, was looking forward to breakfast but they want $12 for a very standard, very basic hotel breakfast buffet. F that, skip this one, there’s nicer places for same price nearby.

Edit: Also, the pictures online of the suite we selected looks totally different in real life, not nearly as good.

Meets HI standard. A bit close to the I95. Convenient to KSC. Restaurant surprisingly good eating.

Our favorite hotel when we go to the Kennedy Space Center ️ We do wish that they would install ev chargers. Other than that, great location and service

The beds are a no for me. Everything else is canceled. If you are running a national hotel chain, how can you have beds that are so uncomfortable that your body is stiff all day the next day.

Do not. I repeat do not stay in this hotel. The plumbing in my room did not work. The lady at the front desk said there is nothing she can do. I was told to sleep in the room and they will talk about it with me in the morning. And then she just giggled in my face. DO NOT use this hotel. Customer service is awful.

Great hotel for the price. Was able to check in early no problem at all. Not to far from Port Canaveral.

Rose at the front desk was wonderful, hotel room was out dated, dirty walls, and gave us the jitters. Don’t get me started on that elevator lol. But they do have mini fridges, microwaves, and dove shower products which was nice to see. Overall, not the worse hotel, but won’t be back.

The hotel catered a banquet for our church and my family was impressed with how good the food was. The BBQ pork was some of the best I have ever had.

One of the nicer Holiday Inns we have stayed in. Our room was fairly large, and the king bed was comfortable. The hotel was full but our room was quiet. They don't offer free breakfast or even free coffee in the lobby. The breakfast buffet was nothing special. Similar to the free breakfast in other hotels.

Restaurant review.
I am so disappointed in our experience with the restaurant. We (2 adults, 4 kids ages 10 and under) stood at the entrance for about 10 minutes waiting to be seated because when we walked up a waitress told us she'd be with is in a minute. About 10 minutes later she informed us we could had sat anywhere. So we sat and waited to have our order taken. It didn't take nearly as long for our order to be taken but it took ages for it to arrive. We hoped to leave the hotel by 8: 15 to get to the Kennedy Space Center early. It took 52 minutes from the time we arrived at the restaurant to get seated, our order taken, and our food to come. We ended up not being able to leave the hotel until 9am, totally ruining our timing to get an early start and utilize the full 9-5 hours that the space center is open. The waitress was nice, making excuses for the length of time it was taking, and the food was decent but definitely not worth the major delay. All this to say, if you have somewhere you want to be, don't eat here unless you give yourself PLENTY of time. Then add more time on top of that. There is a Taco Bell, Wendy's, Dunkin, and Starbucks on the way to Kennedy Space Center so grab food there and eat it in the parking lot while you wait for it to open, since you'll be able to be early that way!

Nice place to stay in Titusville. Clean rooms, friendly staff with restaurant on site. Easy access to the Interstate.

Very spacious and comfortable rooms. Friendly helpful service. Excellent location for the Kennedy Space Centre. Be aware they don't have a shuttle to the Kennedy Space Centre, I recommend Lyft car share.
