1 This company took over management of our condominium and we have had nothing but fee increases since, with inadequate justifications provided and minimization of concerns. I am confused as to why we made the switch from Plaza Realty & Management as things seemed to be operating well under their leadership.
I also feel that with any adequate management company, by now and weeks away from 2023, owners should easily have options to pay maintenance/common charges, view account status, review meeting minutes, see budget information, access management contact information and make maintenance requests online. These measures increase efficiency and help optimize costs for the association overall.
