Had to clean my feet after walking across the floor, it was so dirty. They scolded us for getting a towel dirty to clean a mess. Frequent smell of weed outside and sketchy people outside all the time. If you watch people for any amount of time, you’ll see illegal activities happening.

Wife booked this without reading any reviews unfortunately. Pulled up Friday night and lots of seedy people hanging out in the parking area. Walked into the room and it stunk. Turned on the lights and 3 roaches were moving about. Went back to office to get money back and they acted all surprised there would be roaches. Reading the reviews here it should come as no surprise. Wouldn't give money back so we just called hotels.com and they refunded us. Went down to the Hampton Inn. Place is disgusting.

It's awful with the hidden fees but the room was decent unless you need a blow dryer or ironing board or anything besides a packet of conditioner and shampoo. The evening staff was polite though! Day staff was rude however. The WIFI doesn't work either and there's no microwave. I did luck out and get a mini fridge but I'm going to try to leave here early if possible. Just don't come here. I was aware they would charge my card for the first night, as stated on the booking site, it also stated I could pay the rest of the booking in cash. It never mentioned the $100 dollar deposit at check in. My sign in sheet said that I owed 2 more nights and then they charged my card.

Upon arrival the lady at the front desk was very kind and helpful. Check out was a desaster. I have a meeting at 9: 30am and can't get my deposit Until 9am. This complicated my morning. This incident alone made my stay horrible

Do not stay here! Room is hot as hell. AC makes a sound but that’s it. Called front desk from cell since room phone doesn’t work. I told him about the issue and said alright and then hung up. Would give a zero if possible. DO NOT STAY HERE!

Will never stay here no matter the cost.definitely dated furniture. Rooms were recently painted, possibly even new flooring not sure. Walked in A/C unit was set at 68 room was still hot and humid inside (oat was in the high 80's). Noticed outside door never sealed except at latch allowing air and possible bugs in. All the faucets in our room were wore out.and on our last night there watched a roach scramble across the floor (given a swim down toilet, which never flushed right). And the shower drain wouldn't drain while shower running.second night noticed there was no remote for TV, asked front deck for another one but never received it till next day.never made it to the pool, but looked clean at the distance we were at.front desk lady was very courteous to us, but man at check out (early morning) creeped me out. Hope this helps out future visitors and maybe the owners of this establishment.

They don't do housekeeping unless you request it 2 days in advance, a lot of getto people doing drugs and smoking outside. If you not taking kids you should me fine, I like that the place is well illuminated at night. Service is horrible and they rude overcharged for pets and last but not least is a cheap hotel so don't expect much f you just going to sleep there is not bad

The lady at the front desk when we checked in was great our room on the other hand, me and my husband were gonna watch tv but I kept feeling like something was biting me and was very itchy so I took a shower only to find a flea and bites all over my body, I went to the front desk and the man upfront said he could switch us rooms but my husband has to be at work early in the morning and didn’t really wanna have to move all our stuff so I told the man upfront that and he said well that’s all we can do and went back to doing whatever he was doing. No I’m sorry or anything to make the situation better. I know it’s not a roach or whatever but damn I’m covered in bites.

They put a $100 hold ontop of your room cost. Going on 13 days now, still isn't returned. First it was 3 to five days. Then it was ten. Now they tell me up to 30 days. If I get charged $210 for the crappiest hotel in FWB, I'm going to small claims.

Hotel stay was only not bad or ok, was promised a deposit back after not smoking in the room and I am a smoker, cleaned the room well when we departed. Called to ask about our deposit and got a run around, wouldn’t recommend!

They place is not worth stopping at. Very very thin blankets, no amenities whatsoever. Must sleep with one eye open. Don't stop here!

Horrible experience and management brings their personal problems to work and they don't handle customers with care. Worst experience ever.

Holiday lodge is run by Americans. The lady's in the office are nice and helpful definitely a good place to stay rooms are average but atleast you don't feel like if you fart you will be put out.

I was hesitant because of all the bad reviews, but our room was clean and had no problems. Also got my deposit of $100.00 dollars right away.

If you are desperate for a place to sleep this motel is for you.
If it would have been normal pricing (cheap, I know that you get what you pay for) I would have bo complaints.
Obvious price gouging RIDICULOUS!
Charged $130 should have charged no mor than $75. Also required $100 deposit at check-in with no advanced notice (can't imagine wanting to steal anything from this place)

Terrible place, it was very musty, the tv didn’t work, very sketchy place, and it also had bedbugs. I do not recommend coming here.
