4Great place to live but, there's a few places falling down, not being mowed, and the cable really, really SUCKS! They supposedly got a new provider, if they did, they got a relative to the last horrible cable provider! The picture breaks up a lot, Plus it was totally out for 5 days! Someone doesn't vare who they get for cable because, they live elsewhere, and, its not them stuck with it!
The places that will maintain the maintenance man is not doing his job it’s not worth the 720 or 790 a month
Not in the best location as far as the neighboring parks are concerned, but not a bad place at all.
Nice park but the corporate office as now taken away another of their claimed “amenities”. We are now required to shell out over $100 in liability insurance just to use the club house. We are seniors with limited funds trying to have some social time. Who has an extra hundred just to enjoy life. What goes next? What are we paying rent for. It’s all about the big bucks.
