I just wished they had some binoculars to look at the dolphins swimming in the ocean this was a great experience for the both of us to enjoy over Thanksgiving week couldn't ask for a better location

Love this condo it doesn't have the facilities or amenities of other condos but we're not interested in those. The place is very laid back, no loud music or partying, just a relaxing place to stay. The room was very clean, well stocked, and very roomy. Close to alot of restaurants, easy to go from room to beach, couldn't ask for more.

The room (inside) is clean and nice. It’s beach front which is very convenient and the pool is right by the beach. The building as a whole (outside, stairs, elevator, hallway) are old and really need an update. One thing that is suck is that there’s only one elevator so it’s annoying at times. Parking is a little bit confusing at first and parking is across the street from the building.
Decent prices and inside room is neat!

We rented our unit off of Airbnb, I felt was reasonably priced for a 7th floor facing the beach 2 bedroom, 2 bath, kitchen dining room. The unit had beautiful views of the gulf and very nicely furnished. The pool area had plenty of seating and never busy, and the beach was clean. I would definitely stay here again.

Off the beaten path we uncovered this gem. Inviting entrance decorated in a level of prestige very few could even imagine. Smells like a warm cabin tucked away, with views that are garunteed to touch your heart. You will not be disappointed with this selection!

No Rats.just a ratty nastybuilding has huge support reconstruction going on. Roaches in condos.just gross. Parking horrible.

Terrible first time experience! We asked for a beach front unit or balcony, and got a middle unit with no beach in sight! Bathroom door lock is broken, unable to lock yourself in it to use it properly. Bathroom towels are for decorations only! Additional pillows (in garbage bags) are stained, worn out, and are disgusting. Artwork on the walls, aren’t safe for children to look at. Paid less for higher quality resorts than this one.

The guy who answers the phone does not work for holiday villas, he is an owner of 1 unit there, and is trying to rent it out. I called with questions and he was rude.

Owner was great. Easy to reach.
Absolutely beautiful view off balcony.
Unit was great. Very spacious, well stocked, comfortable, large.
Shuffleboard was great!
Pool was great first week.

Second week pool got colder and colder until no one was in. Said it was 88 when told. It WAS NOT! *******

The condo was great. There is only 1 elevator for the whole building so if it breaks steps are only option and if on 7th floor could be uncomfortable.
The view in unit I was in was awesome.
They were working on the lanias on one half of building and was not aware of till arrived. They were there the entire week.

Many of the units are available to rent. It is located in the middle of almost everything. Easy walk to many restaurants. Right on the beach. Also located on the trolley line. Many people mentioned having to park across a busy road. Yes, extra cars need to park in the city parking lot. There is a metered crosswalk just steps away.
