Looking at the comments, some reviewers seem to confuse the different yards in the area.

Holland marine is a good, old fashioned type of boat yard. They get the job done and done right. Not many of these yards left unfortunately.

Nice yard, we're able to accommodate our beamy catamaran without much prior notice. Best to check the yard policies before doing what I would consider general maintenance. Lounge is nice but restrooms could use a good cleaning.

I can't say enough good about this yard, I had my trimaran in the yard for over a year, Tom, Hal, Kyle and all the guys are knowledgeable, professional and just totally awesome to work with, the yard is clean and totally safe, no theft and no riff raff running around, I very very highly recommend this yard

Most accommodating haul out yard. Best yard in Green Cove, great short or long term marina.
