Hollywood Diagnostics Center

I highly recommend Hollywood Diagnostics Center. Everyone was so nice and friendly. I had an MRI done and I was in and out very quickly. They gave me the CD of my results before I left. I'm really impressed.

Was sent here for an MRI. The place was easy to find, plenty of parking, a bit busy but overall I got in and got out pretty quick! Going to tell all my docs to send me here going forward!

I had to have an MRI, this place was pretty cool! The staff was also very nice. I would schedule my appointments here again.

Had an appointment here and I was very pleased with my experience. Even though the center is busy they were very efficient and I did not have to wait long for my appointment. The staff was also very attentive and helpful!

The staff here are great very busy place but it runs pretty efficiently. I have been there 3 times for 3 different procedures.what concerned me was how clean the bathrooms were and other areas. Also they did not seem to know whether I could discontinue a certain medication I was on before I had a procedure done they even asked the person doing the procedure.

Today they called my mother who is in a wheelchair, to come early and we just been waiting, appointment time came and we are still waiting. Still don't understand why to call to come early to keep us waiting.

I'm sitting here waiting to be seen. They are talking. They are so ghetto and ratchet. Talking bout paying attention to the patients. They need new management. The owner needs to check on who they hire. They need ppl who care. Warning don't come here. They are not professional.

Excellent customer service. They were very professional. I was in and out in about 40 minutes with an appointment. Very pleased.

I have been coming here for years. My parents and all my friends I send here as well. The facility is super clean and the staff extremely proficient and friendly. They are busy at all times but the staff handles it extremely well. I have visited the momogram dept, mri dept and x-ray and am always pleased with the service. I send everyone I know here and they are always happy.

The staff was AMAZING. They saw me super fast.took good care of me.and were very sympathetic to any issue I had. I was really impressed. Would definitely continue to use their facility in the future and I recommend their services to everyone. Thanks ladies for being so helpful and accommodating <3 Much appreciated!

I visited this center today for first time and received a great service.
Front desk ladies are very friendly and perform a very professional work.
Cathty, the mammogram technician performed the best mammogram ever to me. She takes her time get it done the best way without causing discomfort. She shows how much she likes her job and how important is this process for the patients.
Xray was another pleasant experience today. She was very sweet and professional.

I only recommend this place to people who like to be treated right and by professionals!

This place doesn't even deserve a 1 star. You can call around 10 to 15 time and NANCY or Anyone on the scheduling departmen NEVER EVER ANSWER the phone. Worst place I wouldn't recommend it at all.

I literally walked out of this place in a fit of rage. Worst front desk service and rudest staff ever! Don't waste your time here go somewhere else!

I went to Hollywood Diagnostics for my yearly mammogram. The technician was very nice, and performed the test without a problem. However, (and the reason why I'm giving HD only one star) I received a letter informing me that something was found on my mammogram, and I needed to call to follow up with a second test. While I was there, I had filled out a release of information so that HD could obtain previous years reports from the facility I used to go to out of state. I called to see if they had received said reports so they could compare results, prior to me having a second mammogram. That was a month ago. Since then, I received a second letter, informing me that an additional evaluation was "needed as soon as possible". I have called HD six times, trying to book the appointment, over the past week, and still.no call back! This is unacceptable!

My first visit was a positive experience. The staff was courteous and accommodating. Rooms very neat and clean. There was no wait, I was seen at the appointed time. I would recommend this center.

I was mostly impressed by the staff at this imaging facility. I called and they were able to schedule me in for an X-ray and ct scan on the same day. I was greeted warmly the moment I walked in. My wait was surprisingly short. My ct scan and X-ray took no more than 30 minutes. I was put at ease and left feeling much better than I arrived. Janet and the entire staff at Hollywood Diagnostics really gave excellent service!

I have visited this facility on several occasions and every-time I have done so I have felt that my time has been valued. Obtaining an appointment was free of hassles, moreover, the staff was attentive and courteous. The technicians were informative and took the time to explain how long each test would take. Hence, I would encourage anyone who needs to have an MRI or C Scan to visit this facility.

Very nice staff. The technician explained the amount of time each machine would take, and showed us each MRI machine, open and closed. Was very considerate, comforting, and friendly.
