Don’t come here, today it was a shooting here and to make things better, i was waiting an amazon package with medical stuff for my injured leg and the receptionist highjacked my packajed and made me pay $20 even when their rule for late pickup was not violated. Stay away from this site.

Was there for a few months and House keeping barely cleaned my room, I had to put in a complaint, they only came to my room when I was at work to look through my trash! Yes you read it right, looking for a reason to kick me out & i didn't bother anyone. Worst experience I ever had with any hotel. So ghetto and outdated. Front desk has the worst attitude ever.

It is well located, but the photos do not correspond to the facilities. Bad smelling room, dirty walls.
The service was reasonable.

Okay for travelers passing through, but nothing more. Price-performance ratio is pretty good for the area. Plus point!
Conclusion: I would come back if I were passing through there again.

I wish I could give this inn 0 stars. The “clean” sheets they put on the bed are always dirty. There’s roaches. Big ones and lil ones and other different bugs. No elevator. No washer dryer on site. I stayed her many times and just put up with the poorly kept decrepit looking inn because it was so cheap. But if you don’t mind dog smell in the hallways and weed and smoke smell in every single hallways you walk through than give them a chance lol maybe you’ll have better luck. Pets are welcome here cuz I hear dogs barking all the time. Also they stole my air fryer. So be careful

This place was clean and quiet. The staff and other guests were friendly. And, they actually serve a Continental Breakfast.

Too many roaches to live comfortably. Also there was a flood and my personal items were ruined.

Comfortable, clean, quiet and helpful. Staff returned items that were forgotten using UPS.

Absolutely horrendous! Hands down the worst place I have ever stayed! For starters beds are very uncomfortable! Could not even get half a night's sleep it was so bad! Shower had mold in it, water did not get hot, and only worked at half capacity! Tub felt like you were going to fall through it. Stains on the sheets. Paint peeling. I could go on and on. Do not recommend for anyone at all! Wish we could get our money back!

This hotel was just aquate - was clean, very old office reception area very small. If you are looking for something cheap in a questionable area- this is your place to stay.

I just checked out a few days ago. Stayed 3 nights. Great spot. Clean rooms. Yes, the building is a bit dated but more than worth the price for a comfortable stay. Easy check in, easy check out and deposit return. Close to the train station and nice walking park. 5-10 min walk to McDonald's, Burger King, subway and Target. Would stay again.

The room I stayed in had bugs. Initially we thought it was sand in the bathroom floor, so we just wiped it up with a towel and threw the towel in the corner. Next thing we see in the morning is this “sand” was back. Turns out it was bugs. It was $150 for this room! Unreal for how disgusting it was. They refunded us only $50 stating that we “decided to stay in the room” so that was all they could refund. Gross! Do not stay here. Also not a safe neighborhood. There was someone sleeping in their car when we pulled up to check in. Sinks didn’t drain either, probably clogged pipes.

Very dirty and poor service at check-in. It is cheap but very ugly, smell in the rooms and everything is very dirty. Bad environment

Great place to stay for exploring Hollywood fl. (if you have a car) if not, it's another story. Between 10 to 15 minutes drive to most attractions. Very close to the Highway. Clean rooms and very Friendly staff. Pool area could be renovated a little, but it was ok. Would stay there again. Regards Jeanette and Tom

The area looked dirty, the animation was not very clean and the sheets were used, I mean, they had not put clean sheets, I really didn't like them at all.

Little difficult to find, no hotel sign on Polk. Room was acceptable, Breakfast disappointing, toast, donuts and cereal. Went there at 8: 50, breakfast was closed. Pool nice but few chairs. Undergoing renovations, but never saw anyone working during the 4 days we were there. Some plaster slapped roughly on cracks, that was all. Got deposit back easily. For the price, I would stay there again.

One of the worst hotels I’ve ever been in. The paint was peeling off the wall in the bathroom. The tub had rust spots. The sheets were clean and that might be the only good thing. The area was very sketchy. Not to mention the room had a living cockroach crawling across the wall in it when we left in the morning. Do not stay here.
