If I could give 0 stars I would. Thursday March 18 2021 I had my appointment at 11am for a full foil. The girl doing my hair did not ask me what color blonde I wanted or how much. She did a bunch of foils down the back of my head, did not blend them at all, did not go to my scalp she left about a half inch of root showing, she did not do any color on the back of my head, if you hold my hair out you can see the previous color I had. Her instructor stood there watching her the entire time and did not correct her at all knowing how bad my color would look. I spoke to the lady at the front she agreed with how bad my hair looks and assured my the owner would be contacting me the following day (Friday) to get me back in to rectify this mess, It is now Wednesday and I have not heard from anyone. I was told someone would contact me the following day. This is the most unprofessional place I have ever gone to.

The best friendly customer service. I got a pedicare done. I had made an appointment and they were on time didn't have to wait. They were helpful and friendly. I would recommend anyone to go here and see them. They are very friendly, helpful, and did a great job.

Last week I scheduled a 60 minute facial, but I was treated to so much more! The Spanish class was wonderful and really spoiled me. One student was massaging each arm, then one on my feet and the lead student gave me an excellent facial. As a full time working mom of two young kids, I needed this and felt so well treated and taken care of by these students and will definitely be back!

Kaytlin does an excellent job at cutting and coloring my hair. Ms. Veronica makes the whole experience joyful and fun with her expertise and training. Be sure to come here.

My first experience at this facility was amazing. Everyone was friendly and did a very good job. I will definitely come back.

My first time here and I absolutely love it came here to get a relaxer my hair was half straight half curly (a mess) they took good care of my hair and recommended and informed me of everything they used 10/10 and Mrs laquinta and Charlene were very nice definitely coming again.

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER. I went in for a mani pedi BEFORE A cruise and the student put a gel top coat on my nails without being asked. She did not tell me that the polish had to be removed in a salon. Now I have to pay to have it removed so I can do my nails. NEVER WILL I GO BACK TO HOLLYWOOD INSTITUTE AGAIN.

Hollywood Institute was a very fun and educational experience. Ms. Michele and Ms. Sheana are the best! If you're looking to become licensed in the beauty industry try out Hollywood Institute.

I see all good reviews and thought I would check it out. Drove 33 min.to get a possible quote for bleach/color. To possibly set an appointment to come back another day. Online says open till 5pm, I arrived around 433pm and is closed. Very disappointed.

My technician was prompt, courteous, knowledgeable and very friendly. She did an excellent job applying my color. She made my experience a very pleasant one and did a fantastic job. Recommend their services. Job well done and thank you.

Both the instructors and the staff here are ill-equipped to provide reasonable beauty services for clients. They are also extremely unprofessional to say the least.

I have long, wavy, relatively manageable hair, and no one seemed to know what they were doing. I visited this place over the weekend for just a simple roller-set and trim on a Groupon voucher, and the students didn’t even know how to properly shampoo or comb my hair. The instructors were not helpful to the students, and everyone was struggling with English, so the communication was unfortunately a barrier as well. The experience was so terrible, I left with wet-tangled hair without completing the service. I was very disappointed at the level of ignorance and inexperience I experienced.

I don’t blame the students, I blame the instructors and the ownership; it is there responsibility to teach. However, if you still intend on trying a beauty school in the future, I would recommend the Aveda Institute, where the instructors provide a competent and rigorous beauty education. I have never had any bad experiences at Aveda.

When I first went in to visit and tour the school it was a good experience. However, since then I’ve been waiting on a call back to set up a date and time to start. I’ve called and no one is ever available. Looking forward to continue your education with the institute seems nearly impossible. So much so, makes me want to give up trying and look elsewhere. Customer service isn’t their best quality.

I’ve went here with my friend. We both got exactly what we wanted. We were helped by Jolanda and Alberto, both did a wonderful job! Thank you very much! Definitely coming back.

This location is so unprofessional I had an appointment scheduled a week and a half in advance and they canceled without even telling me anything. Then the woman lied to my face and said she called me earlier this morning when I showed her I clearly had no missed calls. Don’t waste your time or money here go elsewhere

Need more organization especially in the massage program, classes Monday to Thursday is good but having Friday off and Saturday class (early in the morning for a program that is supposed to be for afternoon students) doesn't make any sense to me and to other people too. I wonder why they choose to give class on Saturdays. Now is getting better but it can improve a lot more and more make sense in the things they do.

Got a haircut this week. Social environment with the students was a little uncomfortable but I am picky about my hair and it was done well. Will be returning to do nails, then a massage, and plan on coming back for hair too.

Very professional. Lorna.the receptionist was ver nice, knowlegeable about her work. And the hair supervisor was very professional. I recommend this place.

Very great service. The students and staff were so helpful and attentive. DIDI was sooo great she did my pedicure. I am very pleased
