Dr. Newman, you are the reason for the huge smile that my two children, wife and I are wearing right now. Thank you for always being patient, tolerant and professional during the 25 years that we have been your clients and friends. Dr. Newman, you have a great ability to summarize complex procedures and processes in simple language so the patient can understand exactly what is happening in their mouth. After each oral assignment, we are always very impressed by the speed and efficiency with which it is done.

Disrespectful and Racist behaviors.
I had an appointment for 9/14 at 11: 45a for cleaning. I arrived at 11: 40a and checked in
with the front desk. A few minutes later, another (white) patient arrived and stated he
had an appointment at noon. A staff member advised him that he responded “no” to
the confirmation, and therefore his appointment was canceled. However, she advised him
that she will check to see if they can accommodate him. A few minutes later the hygienist
called him back. I waited another five minutes and ask the front desk member about my
appointment. She responded it will be a few minutes. I advised her that I was there
before the gentleman they took back who didn’t have an appointment and that I was
leaving. She said can you come back at 3p. I said “no” and I left. I realize racism
still exists, but this behavior needs to stop. That gentleman should have been asked to
come back at 3 pm or wait. I am deeply offended and disappointed about this treatment by
Hollywood Smile staff members and wanted others to be aware and to keep records.

I highly recommend this office. Dr Marcela Neyman is very professional and she takes the time to explain the treatment you need.
In my case, hey did 3 teeth extractions and the doctor in charge was very gentle.

I went to Hollywood Smiles for a second opinion after being led on and told I needed numerous treatments that weren’t true. After the results of shoddy initial work, I met with Dr. Newman.
To my relief she rescued me from the greedy unscrupulous grips of Sage Dental. I was new in town and looking for a new dentist. Never in my life could I have imagined how ruthless corporate dentistry could be. At 72 years young, I was accustomed to the old mom and pop type family dentist that you went to until they retired.

Dr Newman was so kind, honest and reassuring as to what work I really needed and what I didn’t! I had already been ripped off.
She had to redo work the previous dentist did. It was horrible! I then witnessed how meticulously she worked and strived for perfection. I was so happy with her work. I was then very confident to trust her for all my dentistry needs. Her level of skill is art.

I also noticed how all of her team members worked so well together. They all love Dr Newman and that is plain to see. Her staff is nothing less than polite, kind, friendly, skilled and professional; all excellent at their own job. You always feel you are getting the best treatment possible as soon as you walk in the door. They always strive to make you feel welcome and comfortable, even offering you water or coffee. I don’t know of any other dental practice that does that, and I have been around for a long time.
To sum it all up, Dr Newman is the best you are going to find. She is compassionate, honest, caring and skilled. She redid my old veneers and I now have her signature beautiful Hollywood Smile! I will be with her and her crew until I am gone to this world.
I am so lucky and blessed to have happened upon and found her.

Highly recommended! I would give Hollywood Smiles an extra star ️ if possible, they have exceeded my best expectations. I have anxiety about going to the dentist but Dr. Marcela Newman and her whole staff (very professional and kind) always make sure I feel comfortable. She has a great knowledge and experience, put together a treatment plan to improve my dental health according to my best interest. I’m so very happy with the results and feel very lucky to finally have found a dental office I can trust! Thank you very much Dr. Newman!

Recommended if you need a cleaning or any other oral help. Nice, respectful staff. What I love most about my visit was the way they were able to accommodate me and spouse while taking care of a difficult patient. Great team work and what a way to still have focus on other patients. Kudos to Hollywood smiles, btw prices are great and they have a good membership plan.
