I have used Holt Phillips for years and they have always been hardworking and honest! They always try to come in a short amount of time when we have problems. We had a problem today and it was fixed before 1: 00pm. Highly recommend.
With the cold weather and holidays coming, my gas furnace decided to go on the fritz. Regardless, I was hesitant to call a repairman because of the known costs of calling 'a guy'. Luckily, I called Holt Phillips first because I am very pleased with the entire process that took place. Office manager was very nice and accommodating. Justin came out that same day with pleasant customer service and explained everything that was going on. His associates supported him with great personable team work. They stayed in contact with me about finding the part and didn't default to installing a whole new furnace. They worked with my schedule to return with the replacement part. I will be sure to call them for any future needs and I will not hesitate to refer them now that 'I know a guy'.
We had a major storm that let loose and power blew entire street. So everything needed reset even our WiFi to phones and tvs. So called and within an hour someone was at my home and got my home from 88 degrees since the HVAC and heating and Control monitor needed rest. He was here for an hour an half and cleaned out our line with hot water and I actually used baking soda and cleaning white vinegar. Lift up the top of plastic tube that drains outside has light power strings attached. I did mine with a butter knife. Be careful don’t pull so far away from pole or you’ll the wiring out. So run hot water down tube and any flow that is slow pour in baking soda from a hot coffe pot jus ran of water the. Add baking soda by small spoon then stop pouring the swater and pour cleaning vinegar. It’ll sizzle and place cap back on top but don’t push down so the sensor can get the bubbles to clean the water dropper, which ours was full from outside which I made sure the line has clear ending after it stops. I just noticed a huge volcano gurgling and now I can run a coffee pot of hot water and pot and pour it down that line once a month and it clearly flows and the sensor is not jammed too. Use a short funnel its easy and do this to your drains in bathroom and sinks and anywhere waster goes down. Did my washer and that musty smell just went away. I had a full gallon of cleaning vinegar and put in empty water and added two boxes of backing soda that normal size for a 1$ then the gallon of vinegar this also saved my drains in garage where my washer and dryer are. I cleaned that’s and where the water comes out washed that hose into home drain exploded with bubbles and my washed n even the entire garage smells jus plain. No musty smell! Use boxed for fridge in cars and you’ll be amazed with no moisture or smells

They installed the Trane unit and they are the best AC HVAC service company I have ever used in 5 houses that I've owned. While I'm Alive and near them they will be the only company I trust with my HVAC needs.
I was a customer they do good repairs when broken but not maintenance. They sent a postcard for cleaning and maintenance. I tried to get my outside unit cleaned. The flyer had this listed including nine other task. I told them I just need one item cleaned (full of dirt and pine needles). I was sent to the boss. He said we don't do that it cost more. I asked you can ignore all other nine items on the flyer just clean one item. He proceeded to make an appointment but never should up. He also said this flyer all wrong we need to change this. I even said I would pay the higher cost on the flyer. Don't get maintenance from this company.
Thermostat needed reset after previous tenants moved out of house. The reset procedure is 5 steps on the manufacturer website, couldn’t have been more than a 5 minute process for an experienced installer. Was charged $200 for this.
Had an emergency late Friday afternoon and Holt Phillips bent over backwards get my AC working so wouldn’t be without any A/C over the weekend.

Arrived early on a same day call for a no cool problem. Tech was great. Up and running in about a half hour. Price was high.
This is the only company I will use for my heating, cooling, and electrical work. They are easy to work with and all the technicians are very knowledgeable. Very reasonable pricing too!
Spring 2023: Update. Again, we had Holt-Phillips out for annual service of our two units. Nick was on time, polite, courteous, competent, efficient, and thorough. He explained everything he did, in detail, clearly. As always, it was a pleasure to work with a company with a culture of customer service and competence. Excellent as always!
Spring 2022: We had Holt-Phillips out for an annual service on our two HVAC units. Adam was on time, polite, personable, friendly, competent, thorough, and professional. Holt-Phillips installed the units a few years ago, and we have used them every year to service the units. They maintain them effectively and at a reasonable cost. But, we use them for all our HVAC needs because every one of their employees, including and especially Adam, are excellent. The company has a customer-oriented culture and is a complete pleasure to work with. Their employees are the best in the industry.
Had some residential electrical work done in preparation for hybrid heat pump water heater install. Service was fast and on time. Great communication. Electrician knowledgeable, friendly, and took time to educate. Pricing was reasonable, even though it was a small job. Thanks!
