I’ve used Home Instead off and on for 2 years, as my elderly mother has been in and out of ALFs (due to COVID and serious illness). This company REALLY stepped up to the plate and hit a home run

A top notch senior home healthcare provider. They have excellent staff, training and protocols in place. It is an honor to work with them and refer them.

Home Instead Senior Care in, my opinion, is the platinum level standard for home health care. The caregivers are employees of the company, which means they are insured, paid, and well trained by Home Instead. Some other agencies offer "contractor" (aka 1099) " home health aids, which means they are not insured by any employer, and we would (as the family) be responsible for any accidents that happened in our home, as well as the legal system viewing us as their "employer" (which opens up all sorts of potential problems).

We felt comfortable knowing the caregivers are fully supervised and trained to the highest of industry standards, and all coordination for my dad's care goes through the main office - not the caregiver. The quality of the caregivers has been great - they have gone above and beyond in our opinion.

We realized the difference between Home Instead and other "agencies" after interviewing many.when my father had a stroke and wanted in-home care, rather than placing him in a nursing home.

All his personal care is taken care of, plus meal preparation in line with his nutrition guidelines from his doctor, laundry and housekeeping. Caregivers take him out for drives almost every day so he gets a change of scenery.

The office staff has been professional, organized and helpful in every way. If you care for your loved ones, care enough to get them top of the line personal care with this organization. We could not be more satisfied with the care he is getting.

If there were more than 5 stars to give I would give them. All the Home Instead staff have proved to be highly competent, compassionate and unflappable in the face of difficult circumstances. They have reacted swiftly and consistently to the needs of our family. They are a wonderful group.

What better mission than to enhance the lives of aging adults and their families?
