The training process was at a good pace and easy to understand. Iowa was an amazing instructor!

They have great staffing when I call them and they are busy they call back within the hour. James who takes care of my brother is a very nice person who cares about what he does. He cleans my brother give him sponge bath feeds him changes him sits and talks with him. He is actually the best person we have had helping to care for my brother.

Everything was amazing, the instructor was really great as well as the other staff. Everyone was so helpful and was able to get over 90 on my exam

Administration is horrible HR luz will discriminate you only because you are a Hispanic speaking person mean while they have a lot of Spanish speaking cases. She block me from even entering the office, even though I speak both languages. Don’t come to this place and come from a Hispanic background is disgusting

Home Instead provides care givers who are genuinely concerned for their clients, who go above and beyond what I expected. A pleasant change from other service providers.

Iowa was a very professional and friendly, location was clean. I had many questions and she made me feel very comfortable with any questions I had (and I had many). I strongly recommend this location if you decided to go Into this field of work.

They came into my home and impressed me that they were trustworthy and well-intentioned, not to mention quite experienced from caring for other current and former clients. They helped me with grooming, meal prep, light housework and transportation to appointments. They have encouraged my progress and have become friends during our time together. I thank them for helping me through my progression. I appreciate the flexibility of the days and number of hours they work and the office staff who help coordinate scheduling. I highly recommend Home Instead to you or your loved one.
