They have always been helpful. It is a privately owned business so it feels like family. I just needed 2 pairs of my frames with new lenses put in and they did a fast job. Remember they are a small local store. Give them a chance.

NEVER AGAIN. I ordered some contact lenses and they push you to buy in bulk, even suggesting another brand since the original recommendation during my eye exams was in back order. They promise you it will be delivered in a couple of days, a week max. A week later- mind you, I have to call 5 times because people there will place you on hold and end the call if they do not know the answer; once I was assisted, they finally told me that the brand I ordered was also out of stock. No heads up. I specifically told the person again that it has to be delivered. They did give me some samples for the meantime. Another week has passed, same story, I was placed on hold then the person hung up on me. They had no idea what I was talking about. Another call again, same person answered. He said the order is now ready.to be picked up.

I mean wow, just ridiculous. I am still waiting for my order. If you like to wait for a month for your items, this is the best place for you lol stay away

My better half had a pair of sunglasses with a protruding lense which she took in for repair. The good folks at Home optical repaired it perfectly and would not charge her for it. It’s a small act of kindness but it was still time on their part and we appreciated it greatly. Check them out - professional, Friendly and kind.

One of the top optical places out there. Raquel is a joy to work with. She is very knowledgable. I shake my head at some peoples reviews because there is nothing but good to say about Home Optical. They can do most services on site and their selection and prices are excellent. Top notch. If you need eyewear I highly recommend coming here!

I do not go to your business to leave trash, and so I don’t appreciate your employees leaving trash on my property. To the person I spoke to on the phone who told me they didn’t believe your marketing flyers can get stuck on cars, please see attached photos. The flyers were indeed stuck, and annoying to remove. Thank you.
