4We’ve been using Paramount for 4+ years. I had a bit of an emergency this week and needed an extra spray. From the lady that scheduled my appointment to our tech, Barry, the service I received was exceptional! Barry took the time to work with me while I had to put my dogs out and then back in so he could spray the outside and inside. He was so polite, kind and professional. And he has a great sense of humor! I would recommend Paramount for all of your pest control needs!
Debbie Finney is our technician and she is the best exterminator we've ever had. She knows her stuff. She gets rid of our pest and we trust her 100% with our home and family. WE DO NOT WANT ANYONE ELSE BUT DEBBIE FINNEY. SHE IS VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE AND EFFICIENT.
Debbie is always helpful and goes above and beyond to help understand any issues we are having.
Terrible service! Scheduled for appointment from 4p-7p. They never showed or called to say they would be late of not coming. Called customer service 5 times to get some resolution but all they can do was to reschedule 5 days later and I would be the 1st appointment Guess what exited till 11a and another no show. Called customer service where they told me I am not on the schedule.
I now know why my condo association did not renew their contract!
This really bugs me. Horrible company!
