Scott and Gina did a great job! We are excited about the new windows. The rooms feel cleaner and fresher already. They worked fast and efficiently without distraction and without supervision. Also, Gina was very polite and nice.

Scott and Gina were kind, professional, and personable. They catered to my needs, making my office the LAST window they touched (I was able to temporarily relocate while they worked on that). They are a great team and I overheard a TON of positive communication between the two. I am very pleased with their work.

My husband and I love our new hurricane windows! We just moved to Florida and aren’t sure what to expect, but I personally feel much better now that the windows are in. HPA was great and handled everything. The entire process was a breeze (pun intended).

Scott & Gina were our installation team. They were EXCELLENT! They were on site when expected, cleaned up as they went along, had a plan for the work of the day & executed it with expertise & professionalism. HPA is fortunate to have such exceptional employees! Steve & J. D were awesome to work with. They stayed focused on the job at hand, they kept the job site clean, windows & doors were installed professionally. They educated me on the function of windows & doors and what to expect when there were finished.

We placed our windows and door order in November 2020. The manufacturing process was delayed due to COVID-19. We exercised patience and our installation was completed today 3/2/21! There are a few things that need to be corrected, changing the glass out in the bathrooms from clear glass to obscure glass, and switching out the hardware on our front door. Josh, the installation manager, has assured us this will be done and provided the timeline. Our installers, Scott and Gina, we’re professional, knowledgeable, and courteous. I am one to ask questions and I like to know how things are done. Scott and Gina were patient with me and answered all of my questions. We are very pleased with their work! I would recommend HPA (and Scott & Gina) to anyone seeking window and/or door replacement.

We just had someone out for a quote that was supposed to take 1hr. 3hrs later, we had to forcefully tell the man to leave our home. Next step was to draw a weapon and call the police. They showed no concern at all that I work from home, talking over my phone calls, telling me "it can wait", and not at all listening when I asked them to give us a few days to think on it. Do not use this company. I got a bad feeling from the first second the man walked into my home. The math they use is 'off the head' with zero substance, and they throw a bunch or sayings around such as "Here's what I'll do for YOU" and "Okay, I'll give YOU this deal". Huge red flags. I recommend going elsewhere.

The installation went great. Gina and Scott did a fantastic job. I love my new windows and doors. I will definitely recommend this to others. Thank you very much. Everything went smoothly

Thank you for the beautiful windows installed perfectly by Steve. He arrived on time and went right to work, moving smoothly and carefully from window to window. He is careful and neat as he completes his work.

I had some time constraints getting back to my home here then back to NYC. The Covid has created alot of issues for all of us! Home Performance Alliance stepped up, and the guys did a fantastic job and everyone from my sales person to the installers were respectful and great follow-up too. I know I had many questions but you guys handled them well and got me all the information I needed, Thank you Ralph A.

I negotiated a fair price on a new set of windows and a door. The sales guy I spoke with was nice enough and able to work with me to get what I needed within the price range I could afford. All in all, I’d say I had a good experience with HPA.
