Scheduled for a windstorm mitigation inspection. Dominic was very nice and efficient. Was at my house for about 20 mins and emailed the report the same day.

I would not recommend this inspection company unless you already have some sound education/background on homes, construction, plumbing, and the like. The agent has been clear did not go above and beyond. While he was professional in demeanor and in his report, I feel that he could have helped us to be more knowledgeable about issues in the house. The agent was helpful in figuring out a plumbing blockage, a breaker issue, and evidence of previous German cockroaches.

However, the agent did not test the hot water (later to find out that isn't included in his "standard protocol") and after purchase we found a hot water valve in the guest bathroom that was shut off due to the fact that water sprays out of it when turned on. The agent's response when we messaged him about it was that during inspection, he doesn't "operate water shut-off valves as they are usually off for a reason". We did not know the hot water valve was even shut off at the time of inspection. He did however, share findings of previous water damage that he stated appeared to be ratified.

After starting some kitchen renovations 1 month after purchase we also found over 2 square feet of mold behind the kitchen sink, and mold was also detected in 2 other rooms as well.
While the agent may have practiced standard protocol, (and learning this company doesn't include mold as part of their inspection) as new prospective homeowners we were really counting on the professionals to guide us in the right directions on things. Why not suggest a mold inspection if you do discover previous leakage? Why couldn't this company direct us to seek further assistance for the issues the agent did find regarding water leaks? We are first timers here relying on those who have more experience.

In the end, I do understand that we have to take on part of the responsibility in not seeking further inspections.

From the moment I spoke by phone with the company, I had excellent customer service, the day of the inspection was very punctual, he made a great inspection checking outside and inside the condo, he also showed me the problems we need to fix and sent me the 32-page report within a few hours.
Really happy with his job!
