Best management company I’ve ever worked with! Best price I’ve found and best service. It’s hard to find someone you can trust with your investment and I’m relieved to have found them.

Working with them as been a pleasure. I moved to Texas and know my home in Florida is in good hands!

I have hired HPM since 2012 to manage my property. Each tenant they placed for me is pretty good. HPM has a call center both owners and tenants can call 24 hours and the call center ladies will pass the issues to property manager in charge to respond via mainly emails. For the repair work, the estimate usually came quite quickly although not cheap. HPM allows the owners to hire own handyman if owners are not happy with the estimate. Overall, I am happy with HPM's service and thanks to both Megan and Tim for your team's hardwork!

The worst experience ever
Like my tenants Said lazy and unprofessional. Tim is the worst manager, no communication, never answer the phone or texts.they did work at my house with out my permission. After 5 months all this nightmare I canceled the contract wich me cost me $1650.
The incompetence continues even after I fired them. The could not even send me the proper key to my condo. Very unprofessional

14 years ago we moved 3 1/2 hours away from our home. We decided to rent it on our own and it was a nightmare. It was so hard to take care of everything from so far away. We had tenants in there that had destroyed things, had the police called on them and violated almost all of their lease agreements. We could not get them to pay rent and we could not get them to leave. We hired Home Property Management and they took care of everything for us! I could never thank them enough for making things so easy. Over the years they have handled all of our leases, repairs, upgrades, hurricane prep and anything and everything else that we have needed. They always provide us with videos and pictures of everything they have done. They were truly a Godsend!

They are horrible and dishonest charging fees for doing there job. Tim is very unprofessional and held our keys from us. We had to pay another company $$$ for changing our locks because this man wanted to retaliate and cost us money. It all starts out nice but ends bad when you realize they are not doing anything promised. I would NOT recommend to anyone. We called and called to get no response after they knew my husband had to fly out to Florida to do repairs. Literally paying them for NOTHING! Do yourself a favor and choose any other company!

Do NOT go with this company. They nickel and dime you for doing their job. They are dishonest and retaliate when the relationship has ended. Tim even held our keys knowing we had vendors going to work on the property and would not work with us on getting us our keys.knowing we live out of state and just handing over OUR keys to family. Instead we had to pay a locksmith $$$ to go and re-key our door. He charged us site visits and just took it out of our reserve money after stating he deserved to be paid for his time. Unbelievable! I strongly urge you to choose ANY OTHER company but this one!
