The team at Home Res-Q was absolutely phenomenal from the initial estimate. Our lanai screen was needing to be repaired/re-secured after having pavers installed. Nick was very upfront about options and made recommendations to ensure that we were satisfied with our final product.

The crew that worked with us were extremely nice and were the self-proclaimed "A-Team" - their work lived up to that title. They were friendly, efficient, respectful and clean in their execution of the job.

Later in the afternoon when the job was finished, our dog decided that the section that was repaired still did not have a screen and tried to bolt through it. Unfortunately, this resulted in a part of the screen getting popped out from the seam. The Home Res-Q team was extremely understanding of the situation and came out at their earliest opportunity to make the repair. This gesture was much appreciated and was reflective of the company's reputation.

Would recommend this company in a heartbeat based on pricing, execution and superior customer service.

Gave me an estimate for $781 Last year and we didn’t have the money right away so finally we got the money only to get the “Revised” estimate of nearly $1000 once I tried to schedule the job to get done. Needless to say I won’t be using this company.

Online booking appointments were told were off and showed free estimates but wanted to bill $150. They were friendly but what they saying doesn’t match their website. Seemed strange and went with someone else who was upfront.

The entire team did a great job for me. From calling the office and scheduling the estimate, all the way on up to completing the service. Smooth transaction all the way around and communication was great. Highly recommend and will be using again for all home projects.

Used these folks after moving into a new spot in Holiday back in March. By April, the gutters were up. They look fantastic, work flawlessly and the price was right. My neighbor is getting his installed today!

They cut the wires for my internet on my business. I can’t take credit cards, have no phones nothing! I own a pizza delivery business we depend on online ordering and phones!
When I called the owner Nick, he got was extremely rude and only wanted to place blame elsewhere. Rather than fix the issue. My business lost over $1000 in the hours it took for them to finally send someone out to fix it. The guy who came to fix it was more apologetic than the owner of the company! I am updating my review only because he did finally send someone out to fix it several hours later. In all good Consciousness I cannot recommend this company.
They came out today to finish the job and they at least did do a nice job on the gutters.

Home Res-Q replaced my old gutters that had no gutter guards with new gutters and gutter guards and did a great job. They were on time for all appointments and when I called with a small problem after installation they came out the next day to fix the problem. Great reputable local company. Thank you!
