I've lived in Florida a long time and experienced enough storms. Home did not have any type of window protection. Decided to go with Home Safety Solutions and after several estimates with hurricane fabric install, signed the contract to go forward. Installation was sooner then the estimated time period, Angel and Eddie arrived on time and prepared and made the process professional and seamless. Highly recommend for your most expensive asset. Company is very professional and a easy to work with. Your anxiety will go down knowing your home windows/doors are protected.

First use of our hurricane shutters for Idalia. Had the whole house closed up in 5 minutes by myself! The initial quote included the brand of shutter and warranty information. Not all companies are equal here and some others use inferior manufacturers. They answered all my questions. The installation process was easy. They showed up on time, were efficient, and made sure we could open and close the shutters before they left. There were metal shavings left on the patio that we had to clean up (we go barefoot out there and have a dog that licks the floor for crumbs). Still, I feel like we made the right choice and am happy with the product.

Communication was exceptional from start to finish. Every contact was friendly and professional. The sales and office staff, the owners, the installers were all unfailingly respectful and more than willing to answer questions and show off their work. Appointments were made and kept, every time. When the first install attempt went wonky because of a measurement problem, the crew returned a few days later with the problem solved and with a small but creative redesign to better fit our space and to give us more flexibility in utilizing the shutter. The county inspector, at the request of the office, came the next day and signed off on the permit. And a few days later the crew returned, post-inspection, to cover the screw heads with matching panels that completed an attractive as well as highly functional system. Oh, that was Tuesday, with Idelia roaring up Florida's Gulf coast. Perfect timing! We slept well that night with our new hurricane-rated shutter protecting the entrance to our home. We are extremely pleased with the professionalism, service and installation of the Hurricane rollers that were just installed. Our HOA is extremely picky but the team installed the rollers to make them look like they are part of the house. We highly recommend this team.

We were provided an estimated date for arrival of the product. Once the product arrived the installation was scheduled and it went smoothly. Just used my curtains during Ian for the first time since house was built 3 years ago, a very comprehensive setup and list showed me where everything went and it went quickly and with but one issue. Back door is a double French door and was tough with sidewalk bolts, I managed but it took longer to put that one up than 3 sides of house.
Received a email after storm, I replied about issue (never expecting a reply) and got a call they would be in my area Monday and could they stop by. Guys showed up, showed me a trick with some different studs and made the job easy as the rest of the house.
You get what you pay for in purchasing, this was a small investment in the overall scheme of the build but it came with great service, follow-up and a quality product.
