Initial generac whole house installation was great.they handle everything including getting the propane tank installed.had its test with hurricane ian and ran perfectly for 3 days and they came out a few days after the hurricane to service it ready fir the next one.

Generator check following a trip of circuits. Still not sure why the circuits tripped and had to be reset. Suspect an unusual surge.

During recent power failure during Hurridane in SW Florida prior company failed to perform and left us without power. Home Works was called in and responded within 2 hours called during worst disaster in this area and fixed my generator and had us with power fast. The technician was very courteous, thorough, and before leaving gave me a comprehensive report on what was done, what he saw, and any other areas of concern not related to his specific work. Having purchased a Standby Generator from Home Works Now, this visit was for one year maintenance on the unit. Due to rain the visit was postponed from Thursday to Friday. While I did not receive contact on Thursday the visit was rescheduled for Friday. The technician arrived on time, checked the generator, and indicated no issues existed with the unit. All in all the checkup was straight forward, quick, and efficient.
