Excellent service, excellent facilities, excellent location, excellent room, very clean and with everything you need, affordable price, excellent attention. Located near the airport. It will be one of my first options the next time I visit the city. Thanks to supervisor Yanin for her attention.

Very good hotel and location. The supervisor, Yanine, was very nice. Hotel security was also very helpful in pointing us in the direction of the pool. The hotel room was very clean, with a delicious smell, large and cozy comfortable beds, the kitchen with very complete utensils. We loved the pool, we enjoyed it very much. Overall We really enjoyed our stay. We will definitely have to visit again very soon

The facilities and rooms are nice. Good attention, good cleanliness and location.
Breakfast is included and delicious.
The rooms and corridors are silent. We will be back, we liked it a lot, especially the attention and service of all the staff, the supervisor Yanin was very attentive.

I stayed here two nights and absolutely disappointed of this hotel. The room rugs were filthy, the sofa bed full of stains & the sheets to sleep were full of stains too. I have to say the pool was very dirty, had bugs floating all around, full of sand on the stair way into the pool and never towels available. The stair in the pool have to be change very loose and dangerous. Now let’s talk about the breakfast experienced I had with the front desk lady. My daughter wanted to eat cereal I asked for milk & the front desk lady guided me to a fridge were they had the milk. As I opened the jar of milk is all thick, it looked like a Greek yogurt. I showed it to her and she said “ oh that’s frozen”. Nearly to say she didn’t move a finger to change it. I waited a little while as I was making my son waffles, and I saw a kitchen worker young lady. I explained and showed her the milk. Immediately she went to change it, but as she was walking to the back to change it the front desk lady came and told her” I told her that milk is good it’s just frozen“
Wowww. What a way to handle the situation, I immediately responded to her, if indeed is frozen how my daughter is supposed to eat her cereal with frozen milk. Very rude she cut her eyes on me and turned around. Right after this situation I sent my husband to check out of this place. I didn’t want to continue being a second in there, and to top it off. My husband had no other choice than to check out with her. So he asked her for a receipt & she refuse to give him one. With the excuse that because we rented with a third party company she couldn’t give us a receipt. Which is very weird because other previous stayed at hotels doing the reservation with the same third party company and including this line
“ hotel2suites by Hilton “ we have asked for a receipt and it have been provided.
I believed this hotel needs to be inspected throughly, and make changes to improve. Specially operating under such a well know name.

Excellent hotel!
Excellent hotel, recommended. We booked 2 nights including delicious breakfast. Clean room with kitchen. Ample parking. Good price. The staff is very friendly, we thank yanin for everything.

Online pictures make this place look great but it far from that.
Stayed here with my family and was very disappointed. We were on the 3rd floor. First getting off elevator, the 3rd floor has no ac. Humid as hell! Get to our room 310 and walk into ac is off. Turn it on and it takes all night till 6 am to cool down. Humid as hell the whole time and the floors felt wet. The toilet wouldn’t fill. Had to open back tank and get it to fill. Barely any hot water. Took cold shower. Was told this is a suite on the phone- just like homewood suites with separate door/rooms and we get here and there’s a damn curtain up to separate 1/4 room. My 2 year old would not go to bed when we were up in the living room. Kept her awake. The room door sticks and will not shut. Had to force it and it would not safety lock at all. Wi-Fi has been off all stay. No internet and 1 bar cell service

Definitely not a hotel I’ll be using again.

A visit with family led me to this property for a single night. The price was reasonable. Value received was negligible.

My Hilton Honors app would not check me in online, nor select a room, nor download a digital key. Upon arrival, the desk staff essentially treated me as though I had no reservation (I had a confirmation number), but checked me into a room in a seemingly quiet location on the fourth floor away from elevators.

Alas, that was hardly the case with children running up and down hallways and quite vocally at that. Fortunately, it ended by late evening. My phone, though, would not connect to Wifi, either not finding it, claiming that servers were offline, or that the Hhonors connection was off the Internet. Concurrently, cell data was so weak, it could not stream data with any reliability. A text home once took about and hour and a half to reach its destination. No internet was at all possible and essentially I was without communications in the room as voice calls would sometimes go through and sometimes generate a beeping, which I assume is a signal that the nothing has connected - this despite I-95 about 50 yards out the window.in a location where one would expect strong cell signals.

Having brought this Wifi issue to the attention of the desk, the pleasant-enough clerk simply took my iPhone and played with the settings and said, "it's OK now. " It was, of course, signed on in the lobby and not the fourth floor, at which location upon my return, it reverted to its non-communicative, inert, state.

Finally, upon check out in the morning, the clerk looked at me strangely when I said that I would checking out from room 425. She asked my name twice, had me spell it, and replied, "No, You were in room 417. " I assured her not, told her the key worked, and furthermore, produced the envelope into which they slip the card, clearly indicating a "425. " She continued to insist that I was checked into room 417, that I was mistaken, and that the people in 417 should have been in 425. I assured her again that I was the single and sole occupant of 425. With an incredulous and disbelieving look on her face, she handed me a printed receipt. She never once stopped to consider that, were I legitimately intended to be assigned to room 417, the programmed card would not have opened the door of 425!

I have been aware of overall diminishing standards of service across the Hilton brand for several years. I am tempted to say that this stay confirmed my sense of the decline of basic competence and service and made me regret the choice of this property for the expedient reasons of price and location. Avoid Home2 Suites at the Fort Lauderdale Airport and Cruise Terminal at all costs.

As a 72 Year-old Disabled Veteran, Moving to a strange place, (With my 3 birds, & my 60lb, Service Dog; "Noël")
*For an undetermined amount of time.while, "South Florida Rebuild" FINALLY began to demolish, & replace my Badly Damaged Mobile Home.
<6+ Years; AFTER Hurricane Irene> WAS TERRIFYING!
But,
Thank God, I've been temporarily relocated to the most luxurious [extended stay] accomodations at "Home2 Hilton" in Broward County!
Although I miss being in my beautiful; N. M. B. "Highland Village" residence. (the property I've owned since 1967.) For Now. There's No Place like,
Home 2 Suites by Hilton! "

Excellent service, strategic location, the friendliness and warmth of the staff makes you feel at home. The friendly smile and hospitality with which Yanine receives you encourages you to extend your stay. Thanks to the entire work group for making the stay pleasant.

Front desk clerks have the worst customer service very rude and lazy. I walked in to check in to my room to find a guy sitting at the lobby and no one at the front desk guy just looks at me as I stand there after 4 min he walked up to the desk and says what do I need. In the morning the two girls who were there just blatantly seemed like they didn’t even want to work the worst attitude and rude. The rooms were ok but the beds very uncomfortable and blankets were torn.

Rooms are spacious and clean. Breakfast could have been better. FOOD ALLERGIES NOT CONSIDERED: Jimmy Johns Breakfast Bowls were served as the meat, egg, and potatoes that generally served at most hotels. This meant my family was unable to eat a significant portion of the breakfast, lack of protein. The location is decent with two very small, nearby plazas and less than $10 to Lyft/Uber to more areas.

Staff like Yanine make your stay at the hotel great and satisfactory, thanks for their kindness and attention.

Staff is great. Woke up to lots of bug bites. Don’t think it was bed bugs tho but definitely many bites just not clusters

Absolutely excellent service from the reception staff, the cleaning and kitchen staff: friendly, cordial and very willing to help and resolve our requirements.
Yanine the impeccable and very cordial supervisor.
It has breakfast included which is quite good.
Tremendous location near the airport and commerce.
100% recommended

The hotel has a very good location close to restaurants, shops, the airport and transportation. The rooms are spacious, well decorated and complete, since they have a microwave, refrigerator, fridge and coffee maker. It has a small room. The hotel staff is very friendly and helpful we thank everyone especially supervisor yanine.
