I was a bit hesitant about coming here due a few negative reviews, but we needed a big room to stay that is also pet friendly. We've always stayed at Home2 Suites and never had any issues. We gave this hotel a chance and I am glad we did. The room was clean, comfortable, and we did not have any issues during our stay.

Checked in to the hotel at 9 in the evening, front desk agent was on TikTok, while checking us in. Room was booked for 4 people. Room was dirty. Pull out bed had food folded into the mattress. Dust all over the top of the refrigerator, microwave is filthy with splattered food, utensils rusty and stained. Bathroom door missing a handle. Room only had 2 towels; called the front desk to ask for more towels, was told bluntly that there was no available towels in the entire property (4 people stayed in the room, 2 towels?). Never had a bad experience with Hilton hotels, but this property had me questioning any future stays on Hilton properties.

Nice clean rooms. Large enough space with a full sized fridge and microwave. My only complaint is the parking. One trailer, dumpster, motor home, and crane took up over 15 spaces, making evening parking a nightmare.

We were given a room on the 2nd floor and found bed bugs under the mattress. We called the front desk and they were very casual about offering us another room, that we could stay in our current room until the next was ready. We decided to check out and find somewhere else to stay. They were again very casual about us wanting to check out, not very apologetic at all about the situation. We were very disappointed since we had stayed at this hotel many times in the past over many years with no issues.

For the price you’ll think the shower/ Tub would be resurfaced instead of painted. Paint coming off due to moisture issues. The ceiling seems as if it’s going to cave in at any moment. The tv’s are super small and outdated. Called the front desk to let them know the tv wasn’t working and it’s 10am and we have yet to receive a response.

Nice, comfortable room. Good value. Brandi at the front desk was awesome! 4 out of 5 stars because of no wine glasses in the room, even though the pantry sells wine.

I stayed here 2 years ago I'm leaving that review up as well. I thought I would try this hotel again. Praying Mavis no longer works here and luckily she didn't. Instead it was a lovely lady named Brandi she has by far been the best managment/employee I have ever had at a hotel front desk. She was so friendly at my check in and she was still in high spirits after working a double. I wish I could have her at every hotel I attend. Because I do travel alot. I am only giving 4 stars because after 2 years the hotel itself has gone down hill with being clean. The sheets were dirty and under bed had food and a dog ball and atleast an inch of dirt. There were ants in the bathroom. The hotel itself needs a good shampoo and deep cleaning due to them allowing dogs.

11/24/2021Worst managment experience I have ever had. An even though I saw a couple reviews about managment and their mishandling I still decided to try that was my fault. I will never do that again. I will be calling corporate to explain how mavis had way to much attitude an didnt want to take fault in her roll of not ruturning my call which I recorded on snapchat of her saying she didn't return my call because there was no description of what I needed from ethan who is only 3 weeks on the job. As a manager she should return all calls no matter what. If you do not want to be a manager do not accept the title. Now I have to spend my next week fighting charges for 2 rooms when if she would of called back I would of only had one. What a headache a simple vacation turned in to. I would blame hilton but pretty sure she doesn't act that way with all guest. Just the one's she was wrong with. P.s the rooms are nice just can't give more stars knowing she ruined it

I love Hilton hotels but this hotel was very disappointing. There were lots of people with pets. I think one of the dogs peed in the elevator because the floor was wet and the elevator smelt like animal urine. The hallway floors are gross and my comforter had a piece of candy stuck to it. The Thin comforter under that one had leafs from outside. Safe to say house keeping sucks. I paid 255 for one night. Not worth it. Will not stay here again. Very weird that the bathroom door doesn't have a lock. This is a new hotel that is already falling apart. I stayed November 18th of 2023. Beware!

If you care about cleanliness or more importantly your mental sanity, I would stay FAR away from this hotel.

I would like to start out by saying that I once had to stay at the lowest of low motels (the motel 6). And even THAT was a better stay than my stay at the Home 2 Suites in St. Augustine.

Let me tell you why!

First and for most the property is dirty with litter running amuck all through out it. If you go during the afternoon or early evening I’m certain you will be greeted by the mountain high pile of breakfast dishes that were left over from 10AM. Moving on, the employees are rude and less than helpful. They also seem to be incompetent with their computer system as somehow I was charged an additional 336$ not once but twice AFTER checking in. For what? Who knows? Especially since I paid for my room in advance.

That doesn’t even account for the FILTH of this place and it’s crumb infested rooms. I was not only shocked but absolutely horrified to see that I had been given a bed full of crumbs once I drew the covers back. Further inspection confirmed my fears that the room was in fact unclean.

I ended up getting a refund, and I suggest any other person who has had a similar experience to me to request the same. This hotel is a public safety hazard and whoever operates it should be absolutely ashamed of themselves.

Gunshots went off in the suite next to me and I woke up. I heard the person talking about the shot through the door. I called front desk and they dismissed my concerns and covered for the person saying "he's an electrician mind your business". It's 6am. I'm pretty sure it's my business hearing gunshots. I waited to see if they would check and they didn't and I called again and got the same nasty person answering the phone. Then I asked for the manager and they said they'd be there at 9 am. They sent someone to my room and the person said they knocked on the door and checked on him but I was standing at the door. I would have heard him knock on my neighbors metal door. They basically covered for the neighbor whatever was happening and then they didn't clean my room anytime after that. I stayed for a week Sunday night through Friday and I'll never go again. I'm black in St Augustine no reason to call cops. They'd think I did it. I'm here on business wearing suits everyday. I would hope they took me serious. They also had cockroaches too soooo years just overall nasty and bad service and dangerous.

Total fraud. Needed a room in the middle of the night. Expedia showed that this hotel had after midnight check in. Once booked I get an email to check in at 3 pm.

Lost my money. Hotel acknowledged mistake but told Expedia that they weren't going to refund me.

Total fraud!

3rd time staying here. It is easy to get to right of I-95. Has 3 EV charging stations but they do tend to fill up. Rooms are clean and spacious and breakfast is ok.

We were traveling home to Orlando from North Carolina and we decided to make a quick stop to rest and have dinner. We had stayed at Home2 Suites before so of course we knew the quality and standards of the hotel and service why we decided to book at quick stay here.
It ended up being absolutely horrible.
I was traveling with my service animal, typically I travel with all my documents as some hotel staff give us a hard time, as if they’re the ones receiving the money for them. By law with my documents it’s against the law for them to give me a hard time or reject me and my service animal. I still show documentation because the hotel front desk woman kept giving me an extremely hard time, blatantly accusing me that I was lying or my dog wasn’t an official service animal. So Rude! It was extremely offensive and after check in it was super awkward, that I didn’t want to ask her for anything.
Our room was absolutely horrible and didn’t even look clean, and the furniture was so worn out, there was so many things in the room that grossed me out. Like blood on the pillow, the dirt on the lamp shades, the super small bed sheet showing the mattress, and the shower head. I didn’t even shower and the dishes still in the dishwasher from the last guest. I wanted to badly to ask for a change in the room, but because the woman had already given me such a hard time with checking in and me traveling with my service animal I didn’t even want to bother to ask. The price of the room & the service wasn’t worth the price I paid. I most definitely will not be staying here ever again. Extremely disappointed.

Cleaning convenient but the service was less than stellar. Shower handle was broken. TV remote did not work properly. Front desk staff was absent. Not the best Hilton brand I’ve ever stayed in.

First of all it's October 7th and whoever just got into work began to close the breakfast early and i didn't get any!
Secondly the rooms. Floors are so Dirty. Nothing seems sanitized. Hairs and dust everywhere. Gap in for jamb and light from hallways.house Keeping is a joke I guess.couch had crumbs under cushions like they didn't even check the pull out bed! Bathroom was sad/ dirty.counters and dispensers are too high. Not a family oriented establishment at all. Probably don't come here if you have smaller children.dishes were still in the washer. I could go on
