Excellent customer service. Zamantha went out her way to accommodate me and make sure my stay was comfortable. Good customer service from the get go always makes the stay better. Rooms are also nice and clean. Good place to stay. Thanks again Zamantha!

Stayed at Home2Suites many times and always had a great experience. However, this one at Lakeland had a lot of things wrong in the room: TV had network issues (since they couldn’t figure it out, they told us to call Spectrum to work it out with them), the dishes/glasses in the dishwasher weren’t clean, started the dishwasher then an hr later I saw that the dishwasher was leaking and flooding the front area of our room. Called maintenance and thank god they were able to fix it. And on our last day, the water in our room turned to brown (see pictures). I was told at the front desk that the Manager was going to call me about it since he/she was currently in the meeting. Never received a phone call.

The location of this hotel is great. You have many areas of dining, shopping, and entertainment around. The staff in the hotel are amazing. They are very helpful and friendly. Amazing service! Especially a few staff members that made my trip extra enjoyable are: Zamantha, Heather, Ismary, Joice, and Clara.

I love this place. Never had an issue until recently. I stayed Dec 23,2023 and my room had bedbugs! Yikes! Yes, I was bitten and notified the front desk staff. They had someone come in to clean the room but the bed was still infested. I asked for a refund and was told I needed to call Expedia (the booking company). Called them and was told I would have to go through the hotel. The back and forth is ridiculous! It shouldn’t matter what site I booked through. You, H2S have a problem, a bedbug problem and I want you to fix it immediately.

Staying at this new hotel. Our room is spacious and clean. We didn't walk into the furniture. Even though we had one of the smaller rooms, it was still spacious (I figured it out by checking out the fire evacuation instructions). The decor is updated and not drab (beige or gray).

The staff is very friendly. The people manning the front desk were friendly even though they had to work on Christmas and Christmas Eve.

Our room came with a full size refrigerator and dishwasher. There is a microwave, plates, bowls, glasses and flatware. You can request a cooktop for your room. Most people don't cook on vacation. We spent the days with family.

There is a work station with a pull out table, desk and a 50" tv.

There is also a pull out sofa. We didn't need it, there were only two of us.

House keeping during the week is limited and the sheets could be nicer. I understand that this is a not a 5 star hotel. No Frette or Sferra here. They could have more breakfast offerings. Most people stuffed themselves silly.

This is a great hotel for an extended stay. It's located in a complex with three other hotels in addition to shops and restaurants.

Please note, the hotel is dog friendly. There is a $100 for keeping your dog I your room (for the stay, not per night).

The hotel is no longer new and shiny. The hotel is showing signs of wear. The paint is scuffed in various places.

I sliced my finger on the flushing buttons this morning. The buttons are rusty.

The hotel, like many others, have drastically cut back on service. They will only freshen your room once every two days.

Freshening includes emptying the trash bins (empty water bottles for us) and replenishing the fresh towels. The didn’t make the bed or vacuum.

Liberal owned hotel where the agenda is shoved in your face as you try to enjoy breakfast. CNBC and their garbage programming suffocates you as you endure Burt’s nasty attitude and lack of personality. Do t know if he doesn’t like white people or is just a miserable human being. Either way I would never book another room here.

I was there 12/9-12/22 for business with Advance Auto Parts. The staff Joyce, Zamantha, and Heather was super friendly and gave great recommendations to restaurants. Housekeeping was amazing. You can tell she took pride in doing her job. I will definitely recommend this location.

Rooms were clean and comfortable.entire hotel was very clean! There was almost always someone cleaning all day long! Breakfast leaves a LOT to be desired! It's all pre-made, microwaved stuff. If this brand would adopt the breakfast format of the Hilton Garden Inn.it would be THE place to stay!

Only other thing that was a bit disappointing is that we were bumped from a king room to a double queen room without notice or apology.

The staff is fantastic here, they go above and beyond. I was in a room where the HDMI cable was taken by a previous guest, and the lady at the front desk (Crystal) willingly came up and replaced the HDMI cable on the spot, that’s the kind of place I wanna stay

This hotel and location are amazing! Highly recommended if you like kitchenette suites and a massive fridge, quiet rooms.

Great customer service. Very understanding when our tournament was canceled last minute and didn't penalize us!

Zamantha was such a delight throughout my checkin process. She was accommodating as I had to check in a few minutes before 3pm. My digital key wasn’t working, and I was in desperate need to use the bathroom. As I was hopping in fear infront of my room door, Jackie’s keys shuffled as she ran to unlock the door, letting me in. Her simple act went along way. Heather helped with switching out the hotel lotion, which goes along way for my extremely dry skin. I apply lotion everyday multiples times a day, so lotion is a priority. The staff at this location goes above and beyond expectations. I love staying here.

This trip was business/getaway with my wife.
Room was spacious and clean. The weight room / laundry was clean, easy to access and no extra charge. There was an outdoor pool (I had thought there was an indoor pool from what I had read online.
Staff was very kind and always said good morning/ evening or at least a hello or welcome back. Morning continental breakfast was nice. DIY waffles were very tasty and the spread was good to suit a variety of tastes or limitations.
If we return for work, we will absolutely stay here again, next time we will bring the puppy as this place is pet friendly.

Staying at this location was good choice
Working staff is very nice it’s almost one hour drive from all attractions or some are one and half hour away but if you don’t mind driving it’s not a bad idea

I just needed a place close to home just to get away to relax for the night. I was impressed being greeted by several of the staff member as I walked in with my dog.
Zamantha was the young lady at the service desk who checked me in and out. She has great customer service abilities.
I will definitely keep Home2Suites on my list of places to relax.
Also, I was impressed with the television with my name on the screen.

I really enjoy staying here. I've stayed here a couple of times while my husband worked. It is clean, and comfortable. The room comes with all you need to keep food cold and heat up. It also has shampoo, shower gel and conditioner in large handy dispensers in the shower. The staff are wonderful. I met two ladies that stand out due to their genuine "want you to have a good experience in our hotel" mentality, coupled with a naturally sweet understanding of people and how they are feeling. (I grew up working in the hotel business). Joyce, has long beautiful braids and a greets everyone with a big smile. (I spilled coffee all over the floor, and I felt terrible, but she laughed and said, "Don't even worry about that".) The second lady is from Cuba. She has a beautiful name, and I'm sorry to say I can't remember it. She calls me "beautiful lady" even though she sees me first thing in the morning without makeup. (I mean breakfast is early.) Please forgive me for not remembering, but she is a sweetheart.

This Home2 Suites is very run down and tired. Needs some serious TLC and cleaning. I have stayed at many of these places, and this is the most worn-out one I've seen. If you're expecting the more clean and nice Hilton brand hotel experience, keep looking.

Great hotel. Rooms are clean and a good size. Everything you need if you plan on having an extended stay. They seem to be consistent across the brand. We've stayed in 3 or 4 Home2 recently and have yet to be disappointed.

The service is really great at this location. The ladies at breakfast were super friendly, it was a nice way to start the morning.

The location was great.close to the mall, close to restaurants. Easy to find. Would stay again, of we find ourselves in Lakeland.:)
