Home2 Suites by Hilton Naples I-75 Pine Ridge Road reviews
18The seating in the lobby was well decorated with plenty of outlets and tables. The rooms are spacious and came with clean utensils and plates. It took some time for breakfast items to restock in the morning.
Loved the powerful HEATED pool, free parking, breakfast (especially the gourmet breakfast sandwiches), the double queen room with its ample shelf and drawer space to organize our luggage and the shower and the premium bath amenities. Would give more stars if I could!
Knocked one star off for location as it does require you to drive a bit to the hot spots in Naples, but didn't find that to be a problem and enjoyed having access to a vehicle and free parking during my stay!
Absolutely adore this spot! Given my frequent business travels to Naples, I'm absolutely intending to make Home2 my go-to place. The staff was incredibly welcoming, the rooms were spotless, and the breakfast spread was fantastic.
This is your typical Home2 Suites. The staff were all very polite and helpful. The 2 Queen suite seems to be the standard size - good for a two adults & two teens. If it matters, this is one of the hotels with the barn-style bathroom door (i.e, it doesn't full close). The beds were soft and comfortable. They have a nice little outdoor seating area off the lobby if you want to eat breakfast outside or hang out in the evening. They had a good variety of breakfast options available. The pool is outdoors and is a good size. It is just off I-75 - far enough you don't hear the noise, but close enough you aren't driving forever once you exit.
Very good service and attention, the room was very well equipped, the breakfast service varied to suit your taste, I loved the decaffeinated coffee, the children enjoyed the pool. You can bring your pet, it is welcome.
The hot water doesn't work and wasn't told when checking in. The ac in the room doesn't work. Has good experience in the past but I don't know what to think now
This review is for room 203. Possibly the worst room in this hotel. If they want to give you 203, refuse!
Room 203 is next to the elevators and the ice machine. And what’s worse, it is above the Hotels laundry. The noise in the room is that of a helicopter going over the hotel for hours.
Furthermore it is a connecting room and there is only a sliding door for the toilet.
For a family of 5 the rooms are too small as they only have 2 queen beds. No sofa bed, no rollaway available.
Very disappointing.
Room fully equipped. Great location. We spend one night and everything was in places. Just what we needed. Clean, and quiet.
Excellent hotel, new facilities, comfortable rooms, very well equipped, enough towels for 4 people. At breakfast there is quite a variety and everything is very delicious. I also really liked the pool. I loved it, I would like to return very soon.
On our way home from Miami airport. Perfect stop after driving on the long Alligator Alley. Arrived at the hotel late and was greeted with a smile. Clean, very LARGE rooms. Comfortable beds. Super nice breakfast with fresh fruit and lots of choices. I would stay again. Great comfortable, CLEAN stop after a 10 hour flight.:)
Very nice, clean, comfortable beds. We had a dead battery when leaving. No one in lobby or at desk had jumper cables. We were waiting on AAA when we found a very nice employee
named Johanna who had jumper cables and she so graciously jumped us off. What an amazing employee you have! Thank you, Johanna!
My recent stay at Home2 Naples, Florida, was a pleasant experience overall, earning it a solid four-star rating. While there were a couple of minor drawbacks, the positives certainly outweighed them.
First and foremost, the location of this hotel is simply superb. Situated in the heart of Naples, it provided convenient access to many local attractions, dining options, and shopping venues. This central location was a significant plus for someone like me who enjoys exploring the area while on vacation.
The hotel's amenities were another highlight. The fitness center and pool area were well-maintained and a great way to relax and unwind after a day of sightseeing. The hotel's commitment to sustainability, with features like recycling bins and eco-friendly practices, also resonated with my values.
What truly set Home2 Naples apart was its exceptional staff. The employees were consistently welcoming, attentive, and went above and beyond to ensure a comfortable stay. Their warmth and willingness to assist with any inquiries or requests left a lasting positive impression.
However, there was one aspect that fell short of expectations, and that was the limited breakfast options. While the breakfast was complimentary, the selection was somewhat limited compared to what I have experienced in other hotels, even within the Home2 brand. Expanding the breakfast offerings to include a wider variety of choices would be a significant improvement.
In my opinion, Home2 Naples, Florida, stands out as the best within the Hilton Home2 brand. The combination of an excellent location, well-maintained amenities, and a truly exceptional staff makes it a top choice for visitors to the area. I would certainly consider staying here again on my next visit to Naples.
The continuous water stopping in the shower and faucet as well as continuous power outages made for an awful stay. We complained everyday and were told there was nothing that could be done. Would definitely not recommend staying here. Oh, almost forgot, and I would definitely not recommend doing laundry here. The dryer burned a few of our items
Nice hotel with clean rooms, the cleaning room did an amazing job of cleaning our room, friendly front desk. Loads of parking, nice pool, few restaurants & Walmart nearby. The only reason we gave service a 3 star is due to breakfast having very little veggie options, food was not marked a being veg/vegan, the breakfast staff did not offer to make us meatless omelette which we had at a few other hotels.did not seem keen on making breakfast a nice customer experience! Also, 9ishAM for closing breakfast just seemed too early. Would not mind staying at this hotel again!

We stayed for a night here, the beds are comfortable, the room appeared clean and the shower water pressure was decent compared to most hotels. However the dishwasher and sink smelled bad and the bathroom door is a slide door with big gaps on both sides and no bathroom fan.
BIGGEST THING FOR ME: dishonest worker. I left something behind that was $100 value under my pillow, my boyfriend saw it but thought I grabbed it before we left. I called right away and was told nothing was found in the room. I know it had to of been found and taken, which it’s my fault I guess for leaving it behind but I do not like to stay places like this because belongings sit in those rooms while guests are out and I don’t want my things touched or stolen. I suggest not bringing valuable items here.
Stayed here with some friends for a wedding. Beautiful room, very spacious and clean. Breakfast in the morning was very good, best breakfast I've ever had at a hotel
The housekeeping service is not very good, the breakfast does not seem a bit expensive to me for the price of the hotel either.
The rooms were very clean. There is a lot around this hotel terms of restaurants and stores. Easy to access and find. Plus they have breakfast in the morning
