Department Store HomeGoods reviews
23I always love shopping here. Not sure when they changed the layout but I think it was better before. Stock is not as nice. Only bought 1 thing for myself, I usually leave with a cart-full.
This Home Goods has more than any other I've been to. Helpful workers and merchandise was orderly. More room than others.
One of my favorite stores to shop.however, when i went this time hardly any merchandise was very dissapointed
Worst shopping experience of MY LIFE! They treat you like you are a leper! I walked in with my boyfriend next to me and they told me I needed to social distance from him. Then when I checked out the woman made me put all items in the counter and stand back 10 feet before she would touch everything that I already touched! Absolutely inhumane and made me feel that I'm not even a person. Disgusting.
I still feel a little sick thinking about it days later. If people are worried about getting sick they probably shouldn't work or come to a place like homegoods which is leisure shopping. I spend about $1,000 a month here, but will be taking my business somewhere else that I can enjoy my shopping experience.
Love this place! Always find more than I need. Great selection, helpful staff, all kinds of wonderful.
Spoke with a clerk by the name of Nancy she was so helpful absolutely one of the best customer service people I've ever met. Friendly, knowledgeable, just made my shopping a delightful experience
Inventory is getting better, but as usual lines to check out are long. They had signs up saying some "registers are closed due to social distancing for covid 19" but with 9 registers available for use, ironically they were using only 2 right next to each other.
So happy. During this cov19 thing ive been painting. So ofcourse my bathroom needed upgrading n that led to a new shower curtain. Went to other stores but not until Homegoods behind a few othwr there was the perfect color combo. Tks for your great selection.
Just not a fan on how messy the store is maintained. I do understand why they do this. I will say if you ever just want to wander and go hunting for stuff this is the place.
Amazing shopping at any Home Goods stores in the south Florida area! But Stuart and Palm Beach Garden stores are AMAZING!
Love home goods It would be my first choice to buy anything for the home. At a reasonable price.
It's hit or miss with a constantly changing inventory, but you can get some great furniture and/or decor for great prices.
Great clearance, you can shop for all you household needs til you drop.
Find great gifts at a reasonable price. You're find things you weren't even looking for or even knew you wanted.wait is that just me?
I usually thoroughly enjoy visiting this store. Today there was so much stuff in the aisles that you could not take your cart anywhere near the furniture or the paintings or the carpet it was ridiculous
It's a fun place with seasonal music. The employees in the back are over worked, often scheduled to close late and open early. Some of the items are over priced, such as a $1000 unicorn plush toy. Other than that, the workers are very helpful and friendly. The atmosphere is uplifting and welcoming.
I love this store, not as much as the other locations but it is getting better. You just have to work on the aisles not being so narrow at times. Also the furniture choices need to be looked at too. Some are from last year I have noticed. You really let your buyer pull so much up from last year.tsk.tsk
We love our local Homegoods!) Always a shopping pleasure and we feel like it's part of our community!
Great store to find home accessories at reasonable prices. Only negative is the ALWAYS slow check out process.
Always a great place to shop for home interior. Kitchen, bath, bedroom, pillows, bedding, rugs furniture, rugs, lamps. Wall hangings and Patio. Great prices
Home goods has some decent extras (knickknacks and the sort) and is not a bad place to walk around for a few minutes if you aren't looking for anything in particular. You might be shocked by what you find. Prices tend to be decent, but the furniture, well, you get what you pay for, so I don't know if I would buy that soff here.
