Department Store HomeGoods reviews
10They made more room for shopping carts! Love the revamped store. Best place ever for pet items. Also #1 for number of cashiers at check out along with best check out concept.
Definitely a great place to shop, depending on what your looking for! Ready for the Holiday Season, amazing gift ideas!
Lots of nice stuff I wish the products were made in USA instead of china. Not all the stuff is made in china but still the same
The staff is very friendly. There is a lot of stuff packed in this small homegoods store. I give it four stars because of the friendly greeters at the door.
Not impressed with the floor help at all. I'll admit I'm not rea savy when shopping in supermarkets so I need help finding items. This store is pretty thin when it comes to customer service. I have shopped in Whole Foofs and it is so much better on several levels.
I usually have a wonderful experience at this Homegoods location, but I was so put off by my experience today that it ruined my shopping trip. I had a return and met with Cynthia at the register. Register 3 between 5pm and 5: 10pm. I had bought a glass waste basket on my last trip and upon arriving home, I saw that there had not been enough packing paper and the basket had chipped. Upon explaining this to Cynthia she looked at the basket, looked up at me and said 'I find that hard to believe- did you drop it? ' in the most condescending voice imaginable. I asked her why would I lie and she just scoffed. I then pulled up my virtual receipt in my emails. She told me the basket was not on the receipt because none of the codes matched. I showed her two other receipts before returning to the first receipt when she finally acknowledged that the basket (with description and price) was actually on it. She asked for my card to process the return. I told her I paid with cash. She said she 'could not just go around handing out cash to people'. I showed her my receipt where it said paid in CASH. She said 'Fine. ' After that, I walked around the store browsing for close to an hour, but was so perturbed by that miserable encounter that I ended up only buying a pillow. (Note: my past two trips to Homegoods I spent around $200 each time). I wanted to speak with a manager but didn't want to deal with that ray of sunshine, Cynthia, any longer. If you're so unhappy and rude to customers, just quit, Cynthia! I hope the manager contacts me and teaches this employee proper code of conduct.
Awesome store Just had an interview there. For employment I would love to work there Brian Miller Bonita Springs, Florida
Only put a star because I had to choose at least 1. Bait and switch. Have clearance tags on merchandise but when you get done standing in that ridiculous line (4 out of 7 registers not open), they say no that tag wasnt meant for this product.
Will never go back and will advise anyone I know to never shop there
I moved here from Georgia where these stores are huge and amazing so it's hard to compare that there are okay here just okay.
There is so much inventory the staff can't get to out fast enough as folks are buying everything in the store today.
