6 A cute little gated community with a good view of the bay. I performed trade work in here for a homeowner and got to enjoy the scenery.

A very quiet, neat, and beautiful vibe runs through Regency. On the water, this 55+ community is very serene.
Very beautiful location and great scenery most of the people are very friendly there's many services and things to do to keep the people involved it is an elderly community so visitors are allowed for a restricted amount of time
Very good and friendly community. Always available to help, to support, to love. I really highly recommend the place and mostly the people. Such warm, open and caring people as we all need and want. From the maintenance group to the Office, to all and each one of the neighborhood I have the best and deep feelings for all, I love you guys and miss you! Laura
A South Tampa landmark that I have frequented regularly since the 1970"s. Friends, family and customers abound in this friendly community. Swimming pool and shuffleboard are just a couple of the activities to enjoy with your loved ones. May this community continue to shine in our South Tampa neighborhood.
