I’ve been with HomeSmart Nokomis for over a year now and I’m very pleased with the company. The management team is open to listen to their Realtors. HomeSmart “Agent Services” is both available and eager to assist Realtors with day to day concerns. HomeSmart does not need to use fear mongering and/or tricks to intimidate customers. It’s just not good business. Give us a try!

Each HomeSmart location has its own flavor. Our Orlando office has an amazing broker with Jeremy Porter. This office is currently our flagship location and worth taking the time to visit.

I highly recommend working with Jeremy & Jenese Porter. They showed me dozens of homes before my wife and I made a decision. My previous agent seemed frustrated after a 4 showings, guess she was looking for a quick sale that did not include my families needs.
They also kept me from making an offer on the wrong home, twice.
I will always use and refer this terrific team.

First off, I'm glad I made the move. It's working well for me.
But having spent the past two years with very tech-forward brokerages, I do have to say that the tech side is not very user friendly. And does not flow from one program to another. I find it very difficult to navigate, and has been a source of frustration for sure. Personally, I'd even be happy to pay an additional fee per transaction if it covered an improvement to the technology. It saves a lot of time when it's easy to use and flows nicely.

My experience at HomeSmart Orlando has been the best since I decided to place my Real Estate license with them!
The Brokers are always available to coach and assist in every way the can (including webinars, zoom calls and videos, video education courses and on demand training). They are always a phone call or text away. We also have the blessing to have a dedicated Agent line to assist us in anything we need.
As an Agent it is a personal responsibility to keep up with the market, changes in Contracts and documents and staying true, honest and ethical to the Real Estate Business. And HomeSmart Orlando makes sure to follow through with training in these areas!
I also held a Real Estate Broker's license in Colorado with HomeSmart in Greenwood Village.
So far, HomeSmart as a Real Estate firm in the USA, has been the best experience I have had!

They send agents like Katina Alfonso to fear monger and intimidate you into selling your home claiming HOA fees will double. We don’t need that coming to our doorstep.
