9Is 0 an option? They no longer have face to face offices for a reason. The electric is a JOKE that should honestly be a crime and trash is almost as bad. Neither work and the customer service is nil. I wish there were a regulatory agency to report them to, but the state just says to complain to the city lololololol. Jokes for days.
Power is a joke. Consistently going out middle of the day and currently out at 4 am. Of course no one is around to take a call.
Very bad customer service! These mfs do not want to work! I need to speak with someone and they put me on hold then the call is disconnected. The fxking worst employees and customer service ever!

The worst service they do not answer the phone and I have been without water for 3 days and nobody cares with two children every time I call it is a new lie

I am not the type of person that likes giving bad reviews but this company is literally the worst customer service ever. Unfortunately I am new to Homestead and I didn’t know that FPL didn’t work here. I closed on my new house on 4/17. On the 18th I realized that FPL doesn’t work here and I applied for this thing (to call it something) Wednesday they sent me an email saying that they can not connect my services because they need to verify that I am the owner of the property and sent me a list of documents that I can use to verify it. I sent one of the documents and on Thursday they said that the document I sent (that was on their list) was no enough and that I needed to send another one. I sent the other one and that came in on Friday and only connected the water. I was still waiting for the electricity. Today is Tuesday (It has been a week) and nobody sent me notification, letter or anything. I had to call them. After 1 hour on the phone waiting for an answer the lady told me that they could not connect it because something was turn on inside. I explained her that how am I supposed to know that if since I got there there is no electricity and nobody told me that before. She said to make sure everything is off and if I don’t know what I am doing to get help from somebody. But the greatest thing comes now, they can not come today, they’re coming tomorrow (no timeframe). And I’ve been living in a hotel room with a 4 year old and my husband for over a week because of the bad service of this people. I wish I would have known this before moving to Homestead.
Has anyone ever had any luck with HPS actually replacing their trash bin? I've filled out the form twice since January and my trash can is hanging on by a thread. I also noticed about 6 other bins in my neighborhood with notes to repair/replace. How long does it take?
