Multiple bugs daily, spider webs, etc despite paying for monthly service and paid for a full year upfront. They then sent someone out after our paid year was up without letting us know charging way over $100 for nothing. Cobwebs and bugs still everywhere and they claimed they mailed a letter about renewal we never recieved. Would not recommend at all. Poor quality of treatment and terrible customer service.

Our first experience with HomeTeam and we were very pleased with how everything was handled
from explaining their services and the cost which we found very reasonable. The gentleman that came this week for our first treatment was very thorough. We would recommend them. Looking forward to them keeping any type of insects out of our home.

Company was responsive, technician showed up as promised, also called me to explain the service and answer any questions I had. Based on my initial experience I would recommend Home Team

I most appreciated the time Rob spent educating me on the services and contract terms and answering my questions. We plan to use Home Team for our termite inspection service too. Edwardo did a good job as the on-site Tech. Professional and thorough. Pricing is competitive and we like having the perk of calling them between quarterly service for the free and immediate response if we see any ants and spiders.

“Eddie” was great. He was neat, friendly, professional, and explained exactly what he was doing. We were very impressed. We’re brand new to Florida and have lots to learn but this is one issue we don’t have to worry about at all. Thank you!

Andrew came on time, explained what he was going to do and why. He worked steadily for nearly 2.5 hours systemically going thoroughly through each service and system. Seemed to be the type professional that enjoyed his job and sensitive to customer needs. Communicative and polite.

We've had HomeTeam service for a year now and they are very responsive, that is the positive side. The first technician we had was WONDERFUL. The last 2 quarterly visits with a new technician, not so much. When I explain issues with ants on our lanai he doesn't seem to care. His treatment time here seems very brief compared to others. We told him we had seen a mouse run across our kitchen floor and he told us "we don't do anything with that. I can leave you some sticky traps, but that's about it. " Disappointing for what we spend on this service. Then I added termite service recently and this same technician did an "inspection" simply by knocking on the wallboard 2 times in each room. That was it. Really? Someone from HomeTeam needs to read this and think about how their technicians are representing their company. I know they can do better.

Louis was very knowledgeable and professional. He listened to my concerns and was responsive with his actions.

Always friendly and keep us well informed of everything that they are doing. Have had no issues with any bugs!
