The technician, Ray, was not only extremely knowledgeable about all kinds of bugs. He really took the time to spray, put down different types of pellets, etc. The people that came here from my previous company were here treating and gone before I could turn around. Not so with Ray. I was thoroughly satisfied with my service.

Customer service was excellent and they were very knowledgeable and patient about all the questions I asked, they were also professional with a business friendly personality and I recommend them to anyone because the work they did was awesome when they were finished my house look like it had been painted that’s how much spider webs etc they cleared off the house

I called and set up service for them to treat my home for roaches. I paid over the phone and was given a day and time that a technician would arrive. The day of the appointment, no one showed up or called. I called them and left messages for calls that were not returned. I am now going through my credit card company to dispute the charges because there has been no communication to date. I'm very disappointed.
