So happy our neighbor told us about Home Team as we couldn’t get a handle on our ant problem after multiple attempts with another company we’d been with for over a year. From sales to service, everyone was professional, friendly and thoroughly answered all our questions. Super fast response time even during the holidays and I was very happy with their pricing. The tech was on time (and they gave us a specific window of time) and notified us when they were 30 min out. I would recommend them even if your home doesn’t have the tubes in the walls that they can service, but it’s a hands down no-brainer who you need to go with if you do!

My boss always told me, never to give people a perfect score because they'll feel there is no more they need to do be better. It's a great company to have for insecticide. Their technicians are friendly and courteous. Any time I've had a question in the area of pest defense they've been helpful and informative. When you hire a company like this, the bottom line comes down to whether they are effective at what they do. I see many of my neighbors out shaking granules around their houses and complaining about their bug problems inside and out. I've had very few problems with pests. On the rare occasion that we've had an issue between service calls, Home Team has been prompt at sending a technician to address it. All in all we've been well served.
